All employees were very friendly but Ben and Joy were extremely helpful and patient as I had questions in identifying the right products throughout the store.

The customer service was excellent! More than we expected.

This is my go to store. For the most part they always have what I’m looking for and the best past part for me is that I’m always In and Out. Two thumbs up from me.

The sales associate I was working with was so nice and helpful at this store. I went to self checkout with 2 large boxes of lights. She immediately came over to me so I didn't have to lift them out of my cart. She scanned them and advised me of an offer Home Depot had by signing up which saved me a great deal of money. She was a great person to work with and with her being there, I will return to this location. Thanks Jacqueline at #3206 store in Papillion.

My trip to Home Depot was a delightful, pleasant shopping experience. The greeter was fantastic: bubbly, professional, personable, and a very welcoming person to have at the front door in Papillion. I found the products that I was looking for and had excellent help in finding everything that I needed. The store and bathroom were exceptionally clean and the associates that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service and visit to Home Depot every time. I'm a retired pastor (46 years of ministry). My financial resources are not limitless. Therefore, when I wanted to build a shed, I decided to find wood anywhere I could. Home Depot to the rescue!!! This institution is GENEROUS. The "Cull Wood" is regularly stocked with less than perfect items. Those of us building sheds can handle less than perfect and welcome the opportunity to DO IT YOURSELF without doing in our checking account. Because of the attitude of respect for those of us who do not mind purple striped cull wood, I have decided to do ALL of my shopping for hardware at The Home Depot. Papillion is close and the staff is friendly and competent. I could not be more pleased. Happy to invite anyone to see the magnificent shed in our backyard!

I ordered carpet for two rooms, and vinyl flooring for a kitchen and bathroom. The carpet was installed on a timely basis and without issue. The vinyl was a different story. It took a whole MONTH to get the material and have the installers come, from the time the measurement man came to the house, which was several days after the initial visit to the store to put in the order. When the installers came, they had no idea whatsoever what the job entailed, apparently the measure man had not passed on sufficient information. After a two and a half hour interval, they finally began removing the old material, then the Home Depot local manager called me to say it would cost an additional $975 over the quote! I refused, because the quote they emailed me said it included removal and everything needed for the job. She even claimed there was nothing in the quote to cover handling of the toilet IN THE BATHROOM, as if they didn't realize there would be one in there! The measure man made several mistakes, to say the least. I then put in a claim with the company, and they issued a credit a couple days later without telling me anything about what they were going to do, and it is hundreds of dollars short of what the quote said was the amount for the installation. I am going to have to go to small claims court to reclaim my money. Also, this is at a time I am trying to sell my house - with a partially removed kitchen floor I cannot do that yet, and I am moving out of town in ten days!

Great Customer Service. I ordered the wrong carpet and Marcus helped to fix this problem promptly before the carpet order was shipped which would have cause a bug delay. It was a lot of work but he was happy to do it.

What I loved the most about this store was how friendly and knowledgeable all the associates were! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we felt welcome and then well informed before we left. Everything we needed was available and in stock. We have some other things to do to our house and we will be back!

I was looking for a pond fountain pump this was the only store around that had one they had a good selection to choose from. I would recommend this store. Very friendly.

A very clean store that has associates that eager to help. If you run across Pat, he can tell you where EVERYTHING is located. He may even take you to it. As whole, the store is awesome.
