Awesome place, Deb is a huge help

Shopping was great. Clerks knew where the item was in the store and accompanied me to the area. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Home Depot in Papillion I only went to if I absolutely had to because there customer service was not good. Today I made a rather large purchase at store 3206 to replace 90ft of blown down fence. Michael an employee at the contractor desk helped through the whole visit, finding what I wanted, helping me pick through the material, load it on the carts, offered me rewards, and load it on my trailer. This kid is what customer service should be and should be recognized and offered a trainer job for Home Depot. I will shop Home Depot first as long as I am treated in the manner in which Michael treated me. Good Job MIchael and Home Depot Manager/Owner need to recognize this.

Trying to buy a grill. Website says 12 in stock. Staff can only find 4 built ones, none in a box. They've vanished. They offer us an assembled one, which we can't transport. They wouldn't offer us the hire vehicle for free (as this is their screw-up, not ours) but wouldn't of mattered anyway because it was broken down. The display model they tried to dump on us was scratched and poorly put together. We eventually got the very-indifferent manager to refund the price (we'd bought on-line) and he couldn't even be bothered to attach the receipt to the paperwork. No staples for us! We took the money and went somewhere totally different, bought the same item (in a box!) in less than 3 minutes from walking in the store. Note - the floor staff were great. Chris, Dennis and TJ were very helpful and polite in trying to resolve the situation, Chris even stayed past his clocking-off time. The manager however, was completely "couldn't care less if I tried".

Clean store, with friendly, helpful employees. The only issue I've ever encountered with Home Depot is the website is not always up-to-date so I've gone with intentions of seeing something on display or "in stock" only to get there and the product was sold out or not on display. However that is not a reflection on the Papillion store, that is more of an overall Home Depot issue.

Just LOVE this store. Everyone is so helpful, and the store is clean and employees are knowledgeable. I hope this lumber yard is around for many years to come.

When you go to the Lawn and Garden center, if you need any help with your lawn, ask for Gwen! I got very good help and expert advice!

The store was clean with good lighting.

Store was clean, we ended while more stock was coming in. Staff was efficient! They did not slack or seem to miss a beat. Folks were flagging off for easy and safe transport of large purchases, stocking quickly, greeting each other kindly as they passed each other, and paying attention to guests accordingly. Seems like the culture improves each visit.

Small button batteries are hard to find. I was surprised to find the one I needed and some other not everyday needed products. Just when you think it won't be there, LOOK they just may have it. Thanks Home Depot.

The employees at this store go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. seriously, Made me feel like family. took care to answer all my questions and did not make me feel like they were to busy or make me feel rushed. 5 stars...

Clean, friendly employees, and the garden section is good during that season.

This store is the one that is nearest to me so it has become my store. There is a different franchise store near me, but the selection at the Home Depot and the brands they carry is what keeps me there. My Home Depot is an older style of store, it would be pretty cool if it was one of the new ones; but as long as they have what I need- that’s all I can really ask for. Two thumbs up for me.

Good shopping experience

We were in the market for a new washer and dryer. Susan at the Papillion Home Depot helped us navigate the specifications and place an order. The experience was easy and stress free, especially as we had just come from another store where we would not have been able to get our W/D delivered for a full month after we needed them.
