I'm starting my Construction Company and I've been buying most of my tools from Home Depot I really like them

Whenever I shop at this Home Depot there are always employees that I can rely on to make sure that I find what I came in for.

Desperate need of customer service skills. Second Home Depot store I went to because the first one didn’t have what I needed. When walking out I look directly in the greeters eyes and said have a great day. She looked at me straight eyes, Definitely acknowledge I was there and didn’t say a thing.

This store has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Home Depot!! Highly recommend!

Patti was great with helping us remember all the little things that go with tile and grout. Joy was awesome getting our large order scanned, very timely and accurate. Cooper & Frank were amazing at helping us load, tile & grout are very heavy.

I needed to replace my water heater myself and many different team members from the plumbing department provided all the technical support that I needed on my many visits and telephone calls.

Pattie was so amazing to our son, she was also super helpful for us finding our new washer and dryer machine. Love the people who work here all so nice

I had been looking for a Troy Bilt snow blower and the Home Depot in Papillion, NE had just what I wanted. Their customer service was exceptional.

The associates at the Papillion Home depot store have been very helpful in my recent trips to the store. Whenever I have questions, I can easily find someone to point me in the right direction to purchase the items I need. I highly recommend others purchase home improvement and gifts from this Home Depot.

We are planning on buying new kitchen cabinets and new countertop. The kitchen cabinets and countertops are beautiful and affordable and there are many styles to choose from.

Christin Bowers in the paint department was a great help

We recieved above and beyond customer service from our sales associates today. We had a big order and we totally forgot we had a truck bed full of cardboard to recycle *face-palm*. They could have ignored it... instead they graciously offered to help us take care the cardboard before loading up our order. It is unexpected kind gestures like that which make a huge difference. Thank you for being so helpful!

We shopped at this location today and Karen and Chloe in the garden center were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. When our cashier, Marilyn waited on us, she made sure we had a pleasant ending to our shopping experience! It was such a pleasure to be treated as a valued customer from start to finish!!

I moved here from Texas almost four years ago and have always gotten Great customer service at this location, this store knows how to get my money. I don't live close to this store but it is my go to Home Depot. Give these Great people a raise!

THANK YOU FOR FINDING WHAT I NEEDED OVER THE PHONE AT 6AM RIGHT AT OPEN BEFORE I NEEDED TO ARRIVE TO WORK. I RECIEVED PRICING AND THE DESCRIPTION OVER THE PHONE BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE AND CHECKING OUT. RIGHT WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE - I WAS NOTIFIED TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS AND DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. THE MANAGER AND CASHIER WERE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE AND MADE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED BEFORE I LEFT. I WILL BE RETURNING HERE FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS FOR OUR BUSINESS

I went in this Home Depot to pick up a couple of items; the cashiers & overall team was very helpful & friendly. It's unfortunate that good customer service doesn't happen regularly anymore; had been to two other simliar stores as well. One cashier, Dickie, was especially friendly & accommodating during my visit; great customer service! He even reminded me of my military discount which i greatly appreciated! He's a Goal! I will visit again!

I came in late on a Friday night. Pat met me near the door, said hello, answered my questions and even went and found the plumbing parts I needed while I finished a return! Thanks to Pat and the Papillion, NE store, I fixed my under-sink problem and got to sleep at a decent hour. Thanks Again, Pat!!
