Stephanie Jentz was amazing too work with in my appliance shopping. She went above and beyond to make the experience quick, easy, and convenient! It may not have been out of the ordinary for her but it made the difference for me.

Second trip to the store, and was not disappointed. Always people around to help you, always very interested in helping you, definitely a small hometown feel to this store, definitely worth the trip! Well done, Home Depot!!

We visited the store to take a quick look at the clothes washing machines and ended up buying one. The sales person was very helpful and took the time to the machines and answer all of our questions. it was an excellent shopping experience.

I'm doing a new project and needed lumber cut. So thankful for Trajan's help. He listened attentively to what I needed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Great Customer service. A rare gem!

I approached Christin Bowers a department supervisor to locate a specialty battery. She greeted me with a smile and walked me directly to the particular battery I was looking for. She also asked if she could assist me with anything else. She thanked me as I was leaving the store and wished me a happy holiday season.

This woman would not honor a price listed at the front of the store. When I said I didn’t want the item, she carried it away but did not remove it from my checkout items. A very nice gentleman removed it from my charges. I also witnessed her not being satisfied with the proof of veteran status to an older gentleman trying to get a military discount applied. Shame on her. She gave him a lame “Just doing my job”

I purchased a ladder that was on sale and save another $50 off by signing up for a credit card. This was a smoking deal! Great customer service is hard to find, and you will find these folks in Papillion, NE very friendly and helpful.

A very knowledgeable and friendly young man came up to ask if if we needed help. When we told him we did he helped pick out lumber cut it to the size that I needed. Was impressed with his helpfulness. I believe his name is Trajan. Highly recommend this young man!!

In crease the size of your store to the north, since there is vacant land there.

Had a great find on rose bushes at the papillon location.
