Always have what I need. Associates are friendly and very helpful even when I am not sure of exactly what I need . They can offer options for what I need for a particular repair or home improvement.

The store manager was very unprofessional and and unethical. I would never go into that store again. I can spend my money somewhere else where you are appreciated and valued as a customer.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about products needed. The positive attitude among employees was visible and very reliable. The set up of the store was useful and made it easy to find all you need.

They employees are very nice and helpful. Someone always greets you when you walk in the door and if you are looking lost they will ask if you need help and assist you

This store needs associates to help the customers there is absolutely nobody working in this store I just don’t understand how you can have a multi million dollar company and nobody working this needs to get fixed!

Employees here really know their stuff. Usually I avoid asking employees for help because they point me in the wrong direction or don’t know the answer. Here, I see the same employees (over 7 years I’ve been coming here), and they are very knowledgeable.

Shantel and Reggie are very professional and sweet ! They provided excellent customer service and displayed patience when we had questions. I just wanted to say thank you to them.

I have been to at least 20 other Home Depot Stores and I must say this store is the most unorganized Home Depot store that I have ever been in. It is disorganized, shelves are not re-stocked, and most of the associates are Hispanic, so when I need to ask an associate for help, I cannot communicate with them because I don't speak Spanish, they don't understand English, and when I do find someone to help me, 80% of the time, they are not familiar with the store products!!!!!

I would come to this store more often, but the lumber department lacks attention. The lumber is horrible, always broken, crooked or unusable! The electrical department also needs organizing, the items in the bins are always unorganized or missing. The plumbing department always needs attention!

Gus the store manager should be proud of his associate Angel in the Paint Department, from on former HD Associate customer service is key. and both Gus and I worked together back in the day. Angel should be recognized as a associate who's passion shows in his attitude toward people.. "well done Angel keep up the good work" Store was clean, items in stock, and compared to the Brickyard .. Northlake was a pleasure to shop and experience the positive, professional HD Associates that the Brickyard lacks.

Truly exceptional customer service at this store. They always help make every project so much easier & provide the products & the knowledge to succeed at them!

The parking lot was a mess and difficult to navigate because of a ton of heavy equipment working on it. I think that kind of work should be done when customers are safely at home in bed, not during the day when shoppers are milling about looking for parking space or walking through that mess to get in. It was not the safest place to be. Once inside, I had no difficulty finding what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful. Charlene, at "Returns" was most pleasant and helpful with the returns and was able to point me in the right direction to get what I needed. And then .... I had to go outside again to get to my car and navigate my way out of that parking lot! Not good!

I cannot say enough about the staff in this store. They are helpful and if you have questions, they are willing to help answer them. If they do not know the answer, they will find someone who will. If you are needing electrical help, ask Reggie. He has helped me several times.

The associates at this store are phenomenal. They are knowledgeable, friendly and 3 of them call us by name. We tell them our needs and they give us excellent design ideas and options. The store is clean, well stocked and items are organized and user friendly.

Mary and Debra helped me out tremendously.

Very family like place to get all you need, if they dont have it they make sure they will find it for you in another store. Love shopping here.
