Terrible customer service.

Great store, great people

Good experience, specialist was knowledgeable, had the desired product at a great price. Highly recommend the Northlake Home Depot

All items I needed were in stock and easy to find.

I had a great worker, Bobby in lumber dept. I just got off work decided to stop in at Northlake location, I needed some lumber for under 2 sinks and a small piece of lumber Bobby went beyond and helped me not only cut the wood but he helped me get nail out old wood and walked down 3 other lanes to help me find correct screws, wow such great service. Home Depot you hired a great person thank you. Nice to know there's still great people out there!!!

Had an issue with order asked for the manager and he didn't want to come up and address / help with the issue. He pushed me off on customer service and on line customer service. When he finally came up, he didn't seem to care. I was an inconvenience to his day, he was no help.

I never have any problems when shopping this store. The employees are always helpful when I need help.

All was well I'm there every week for something I purchased a home.

Store was clean; great safety measures in place; associates were available, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Selling me an item and then refusing to return it because it was cut when you sold it to me is very ineffective form of customer service. The fact that you have 5 more cut items on the same shelf where these should have come from is evidence that you intend to do this again. if it is sold online as an item of that size and delivered as contact less pickup to full fill that item's order it should be returnable. If you are in a bad mood as a customer service team leader you need to remember not to take it out on your customer and to still provide a level of respect. The fact that the items were in the condition that they were sold as was available with just a tape measure. immediately denying the return is poor service at best.

The service people at the Northlake store are always very helpful. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for someone to come and help, but when they are there they give you special attention.

This store has so many wonderful associates. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If the associate you ask for help can't, they always find someone who can. Prices are always reasonable.They have a wide variety of up to date styles of products. I have been shopping for years here and will continue to shop at the Northlake Home Depot.

Very helpful associates who went above and beyond to help ensure that I was able to purchase the products that I was looking for. Staff members were also very informative and provided me with tips on how to maintain and care for my products.

Store personnel give prompt adequate service to help assist with consumer demand. I was given time to shop without feeling "rushed". I got a chance to see everything that piqued my interests. Every inquiry was met with pleasurable acceptance. I appreciate that and I'm happy with my purchase.

The Northlake homedepot is such a wonderful place to do my shopping for my house needs .The employees are great they are from there from the front door to down the isles always asking if I needed anything. They gave me ideas and help me find what I needed . Considering everything we are going through in the world today they are there for us.they follow the rules of the 6 feet but still there for you from employees to store manager. I appreciate all there help.stay safe all of you that are out there working for our needs.

The best store to shop !!

I was helped by various representatives today. Each one had a role in helping me complete a very notable and pleasant shopping experience. Shemeka was first, followed by a younger, auburn haired girl on a register (Her name, I cannot recall), 2 younger gentlemen in retrieving my plywood, a Hispanic representative in the flooring department that was patient and helped me decide the best option. Then, while I was gallivanting about the store, looking for my items, I fired off quick questions at various representatives. All of whom, stopped to help. Finally, the kind gentleman that helped me load the pickup truck I rented. They were all great. They all went above and beyond to take care of my needs and doling out praise to just one seems so, unjust and incomplete. However, I am compelled to note that Shemeka stood out today. She is the epitome of what makes an exceptional person, both in and outside of a retail/customer service environment. The emphasis on the word “service”. It would be a grave understatement to write that I simply felt “welcomed” upon coming in today. Shemeka truly made me feel like an old friend or perhaps even, family. Her first priority was ensuring that my questions were answered. She listened intently and even understood what I was trying to do, before I knew how to ask for it myself. She was succinct and more importantly, accurate in what she told me. Shemeka’s approach and character, to me, are what stood out most. I can say with confidence that she bears her burden proudly, with laughter, a smile and kindness. She was exuberant and effusive and I asked what had her in such high spirits. She shared with me her story of leaving her home in Texas to care for her aging family here in Chicago, some of who had past. She shared how she couldn’t wait to see her son after not seeing him for some time. These were sad thing she was telling me, but I was smiling. Why? Because Shemeka said them with buoyancy and elation. It was evident, that in her core beliefs, she celebrated life and each moment. It seemed that she took little for granted and practiced gratitude regularly. Her actions made me reach out to my own family and take a moment to be grateful for all the thing I had in my life. Is Shemeka always like this? Will this location continue to impress upon me? I cannot say. It was only the one encounter I have had. However, first impressions matter. Shemeka and by extension, the rest of the staff, left a phenomenal and lasting one. Thank you The Home Depot. I am grateful for your goods and services.

The store is great, it has everything you need from tools, gardening, and etc. I would recommend anyone to go to this Home Depot.

The people at the pro desk, specifically Pablo takes care of me every time I have a phone sale when I need a special order and associate Pablo is always there to help me out with all my home improvement needs for me and or my customers.

Good supply of product but the staff could use some training on attitude

visit my prefer home depot store at northlake to return a defective power inverter the cashier in the return department was so nice and smile, sometimes customer like me are scare to return any item because they asking too many questions about the return reasons and makes me feel awful but this time this was no the case and the cashier take it back with no problems and makes me return to the store at any time.
