Thank you to the Northlake Home Depot who hosted a short community trip for or 1-4th grade Deaf and Hard of Hearing classroom today. Our kids are learning about planting and gardening, so we visited to buy materials and learn about gardening tools. Sales associates were kind and friendly. Barb in the garden center was patient and helpful as our kids asked for help finding some tools. It was overall a very pleasant experience! Thanks Home Depot!

Every associate we passed asked "is there anything that you need help with and or help to find". While looking at the molding two associates stopped by us and said we can take that for you, and cut it as they were 16 feet long and asked us how long did we want them cut. Got fast assistance and the store was clean and organized as well. All the associates were friendly and helpful all the way to the cashier at check out. thank you and the hot dog stand when you leave has excellent food as well.

The Home Depot Staff is Excellent! The store was very cleaned and organized.

I had friendly service at the check outs from Susan and Terri- They can make an otherwise routine transaction fun, as they interact with customers they add their pleasant personalities. Thanks ladies I can tell you enjoy life. They make me feel good about shopping at This Home Depot. I avoid the automatic scanners. They are cold and problematic.

I want to commend associate Saletnik (kitchen and bath) for his exceptional help with my bathroom project

Yolanda was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure having her help us with purchasing a new dishwasher.

The only reason I went back to this location is because it is only 5 minutes from my residence. Garbage employees. I don't know if they just hate their jobs and make it a sport of not making eye contact with customers or running away when someone clearly has a question but this place takes the cake in poorly trained floor staff. Rude, slow and a waste of employment. Should retrain or just rehire an entirely new front of house staff. It's a wonder anyone returns to this location at all unless for sheer lack of options. Even when I found an employee, started speaking and walking towards them, they acknowledged that I was speaking and then zoned out and began helping another store employee trying to push off another customer so he wouldn't have to be bothered assisting him anymore. I would have had better luck finding what I needed with a detailed store map and a compass.

Great place to shop and has everything customer service is outstanding

This store has friendly associates and if you call looking for a item in stock you may get lucky and have a gal be your personal shopper and find and hold an item for you too...

parking lot was empty, staff standing around, not responsive to customer needs product I reserved on the phone was NOT reserved took effort to get help didn't go far enough inside to see if it was clean or not

I like Hope Deport because it's well organized and items are easier to find. The staff and the Manager have been very helpful when assistance was needed.

This is great store if you find the right person to help you. There are some people like Mike in plumbing area. He really help you to find what you need or he give the solution to your problem. Most of the staff they look they are force to work there.

I got to this Home Depot on Sunday at 8 AM when the store opened wanted to purchase a toilet seat the seat I wanted was up on a shelf I asked for assistance they called on intercom for somebody to assist me nobody ever showed up after waiting there 15 minutes talked to another associate they said they would be back in two minutes to help me they never returned I went up to the front of the store I was told the people in that department weren’t there yet I said the store is open somebody should be able to help me Iwaited again then went to the service desk complained there’s nobody helping me they were laughing they must’ve found it amusing which I did not finally after another 10 minute wait I was ready to leave the store Maria and another gentleman came from the garden department to help me finally I got my toilet seat it only took 5 minutes when I finally got some assistance I was at the store for I hour for something that should take 5 minutes I had a horrible customer experience

It's a smaller home depot, so sometimes doesn't have a full offering of everything, but staff is always so kind, attentive and helpful. As a woman, i never feel talked down to.

Employees prefer not helping customers then act like we're supposed to know store policies that arent even on the receipt

I always have a great experience. For example, when I visited the garden, the associate was a gardener herself and she gave me great tips on fertilizing, watering, and best lighting conditions. The associates in the hardware dept were equally knowledgeable.

Great workers , Cashiers and Head Cashiers

I purchased a dewalt compressor and the same day I used it it didn’t work like it should be. It keep leaking air from the air connector.

Found deb and her staff. bena and mike out standing .left a 70 doller bag of stuff be hind on a cart out side yet. mike retrrived it. I return fearing the worst. by asking Debbie manager of cashers who in turn asked bena that say mike brought a bag in from out side BAM it was my 70 dollers of stuff. out standing team give them 10 stars. and the staff

Great customer care provided from Paula Cozzie who shared her vast knowledge on appliances and helped my wife chose the appliance that best suits her needs. Christian, jumped right in with out hesitation and got my grill from the top shelf. over all a great experince compared to my last visit in which i rated this store poorly. The service provided to my wife by Paula,Christian,Jaqueline whom put a smile on my face while paying for my items, has made me rate this store a 5. Keep up the good work! it really helps.

This will be structured as more of an incident report. To begin, my son and I were shopping for a refrigerator. The first employee we talked to was named Paula. Paula, upon hearing our request, immediately dissmissed us, saying that neither of the models we were looking for were in store inventory. We asked another employee, named Pablo, as to whether there were any in inventory, and he first looks to see if there are before telling us. Turns out, there are one of each in stock. After that, we ask Pablo if we can go back to remeasure before making a purchase, and was patient enough to wait. We come back, rang it up, and were done. It was that easy. As an aside, the employee named John was very helpful in assisting us to load the refrigerator into our van.

associates (Jenn and I forgot what the other gentleman's name was he has black hair and a beard) in the paint department were very exceptional with their customer service..

Everything was well organized in store.All the workers was also friendly.
