The store is clean and all employees are friendly and helpful.

In the past this location has been above the standard that Home Depot normally sets. But recently their staffing less and less, so it takes longer to get help or to check out. I've been a steadfast client of Home Depot for over twenty five years, but starting to rethink my loyalty.

Excellent product range and extremely helpful and product-knowledgeable staff. Store is clean, well laid out and if you cannot find the items you want quickly a sales person will take you to the right place without making you feel guilty for troubling them!

Maroof is really a good guy to talk and take some help if u need, he is friendly and helpful.Store was clean and sturdy one can find there demanding product easily by the large hanging displays .

The store overall is always clean. If you ever need Garden Center help, see Karen, She knows it all!

This is a great store. I love going to this location. It’s very convenient in relation to where I live and work. The staff at this location is knowledgeable and readily available if assistance is needed. I’m familiar with the layout of the store and it’s always very clean.

I shop at this store often. I usually have to hunt for a representative if I need help. One of my recent visits I needed a "shoe case" board cut. I had to request help 5 times with no one coming to help me. I stayed in the aisle for 40 minutes before I stopped an associate to request help. He said he worked in electrical department. When I explained my issue, he cut the board for me. This last visit I purchased an electric wall oven to be delivered. I have not heard from anyone to set up delivery. This has been 13 days ago. June 25th (tomorrow) was the date set by the associate but told me I would receive a call to verify delivery. I have not received any call yet.

The people are friendly and helpful. I like the store layout. The bathrooms are clean. I have been going to this location for over 10 years.

Your Store is a little further than another store from my house, but I always prefer to visit your store because of the energy and shopping experiences I always have received.

Incredibly convenient location. Well managed with consistently friendly, helpful service. Products easy to find and assistance is always available. It is one of the neatest, cleanest, most utilitarian Home Depots I have ever experienced.

There is plenty of parking and handicap parking. Store is always clean and very well organized so you can find what you are looking for in a very timely manner. Every store employee I have delt with have always been helping and friendly Great competitive prices

Great Store

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STORE THAT I USE IN NORTH IRVING TX. EVERY TIME I GO THERE THE EXPERIENCE IS GREAT, PRICES ARE RIGHT AND PERSONNEL ARE EXCEPTIONAL.

We purchased a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher from the Irving TX store... Including - Delivery, Install and Haul Away and Install Kit - No questions were asked regarding where the dishwasher is located in relationship to the sink when we purchased the unit. The delivery / installers show up take a 30 second look and state we don't have the right install kit you will have to reschedule the install. FRICTION The installer gives us a number we need to call - we call and the very rude people on the other end of the line let us know they can't help us. We need to call the store. FRICTION We call the store. Answer, Transfer, call gets dropped. Call again same results - Get in the car go to the store. FRICTION Not a lot of help there... It becomes clear we need to just hire a real plumber and get the job done right. FRICTION This is the second time we have had a bad experience with the delivery install process. (I should have learned the first time) Your poor planning and processes have waisted another afternoon, along with having to schedule a plumber etc. Your service is horrific... Good News - I have learned my lesson - I won't shop at the Home Depot any more!

Mr. Sheldon in the plumbing department, Alvin (guy who brought the merchandise to the car was super nice & helpful), Annette and the rest of the cashier staff made a week without running water in my home bearable! Mr. Sheldon really educated me about heaters, etc., and I felt EMPOWERED!!! As an homecare occupational therapist, providing exemplary service is my goal and that is what I received from the Home Depot Irving store!! Home Depot’s Same Day service not so much! AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL and just plain HORRIBLE!! I would never use or recommend their services!!!!

This is the Home Depot location that I frequent the most. About 90%...so I know most people and the location of most classifications and skus. Over the last 10 years I have come to recognize several of the people there and we always exchange greeting and perhaps chat a bit. Among the people I know, are five or six folks that consistently give service over and above the call of duty. And, I've noticed that other people like them as well and engage them in conversation just like my wife and I do. I think this is what sets this store apart, those long-term individuals that take the term "customer service" and run with it.

Great customer service in appliances. Will, my sales person, is the best and most knowledgeable regarding all the differences between brands and options. I have bought 5 appliances in the last two months. Would definitely go back and work with Will again!
