I need help to load a water heater i purchased. Pro desk paged multiple times. Waited 20 minutes and finally had to have good samaritan customer help me load. Same thing happened when i returned my old water heater - i finally gave up and unloaded it myself. Disappointing!

Steve, in plumbing, is outstanding! He is super knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I will look for Steve when I need help with plumbing issues!

Hey Senior Citizens be sure to update any income changes after retiring as if you need an emergency appliance you may not be approved in store if you have not used your card & updating your if changed due to retirement

I was returning online order, the lady did not know how to look it up but gave a receipt saying it was declined and when i asked why she said read it. Dead wood has better use than employees like that. If you dont know something, own it and try to learn, not show the bad attitude.

Norma is a wonderful human! And she’s great with customer service. I came into the store after my mom had already been in there but my mom had not yet made the purchase. I went back in store to make the purchase instead of just doing it online because Norma had made such an impact on my mom. Norma remembered my mom and my mom’s needs. It was great to know that Norma cares for the customer’s needs. I wish I could give her a huge hug and tip!

If you are looking for specific items, good luck. Online may tell you it is in stock, but that is meaningless. Call ahead? They just check what online says.

So when I was trying check out, one of the item was missing a price tag. The lady at the check out area, found the item in her handheld device but insisted that it was different price than what it was marked at the self. She told me that "I have to go back to that self, take a picture and then come back". I told her no - that is not my job. I told her either you do it or get someone to do it - she got upset at my 'audacity to expect proper customer service'...

Your store service is absolutely exemplary. Andrea at your store was superb in her courtesy, knowledge, and overall representation of Home Depot.

This location is phenomenal, the employees and everyone there exceeds all expectations. A contractor and homeowners dream store.

I really like this store. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and there are a lot of staff working there so finding someone is easy. Also, everything was in stock.

I am very happy with my new Fixture from HOME DEPOT; & will purchase another Fixture in the future at this same Location!

I noticed at self check out they are more likely to "make sure" that all items are ranged up if you are black. Next time I will back this statement with video.

checkout in Garden Zaid did not allow me to put in email, made excuses, did not offer any solutions. Girls at service desk told me I would not be able to put in email, I still requested they return everything and recheckout so i could. They would not do so. I then had to ask for manager Wiley and he had to TELL them to do so.

I am seeing bunch of young kids working at the Homedepot store in Irving, who have not been taught friendly customer service. They just walk around the store chatting with their colleagues and do not even stop to check on the customers if they want any help.

Shopping at this store has always been easy, fun and satisfied with products and service.

I purchased mulch; no plastic was available to put in my car before loading mulch; check out clerk didn't care. No help was available loading mulch. Upon application, 3 of 10 bags of "color guaranteed for 12 months" black mulch was a white-ish gray, not black. Disappointing. Won't be buying that product again or from the Home Depot, not worth the aggravation.

I'm happy to find that there is a different location I could go to for my home needs and to have an excuse just to look around to get away for the house!

Purchased a shovel and it was very cost effective
