Overall, Home Depot is GREAT!!!!!

The employees at this store are nothing short of amazing!! They were so helpful in finding the right products and made the shopping experience so much more enjoyable!!!! Buying appliances is tricky, but they really made a huge difference!

The lady at self check out had a terrible attitude can’t believe Home Depot has people like that working at self check out.

Brandon the store manager is excellent and always helpful. Cowboy at the paint counter always greets me by name with a handshake.

The employees went above and beyond to be helpful and they were very patient.

Website shows locations that do not exist in the store (specifically aisle 68).

Today me and my husband went to the Home Depot in Irving and at checkout Alexandra offer great service and really tried her best to help us. Great smiling and very professional! Thanks a lot and we will definitely visit this store soon!

Had an awesome experience at this store . Go in and check out the whole staff who will be falling over themselves to help but if you do t say hi to Dee , you will be missing out. She is beyond helpful and cheerful. I was thrilled to see that she treated her colleagues and customers with dignity and respect . My new favorite store

First I called to see if the store had the item I needed. I spoke with an employee from the wrong department but he very kindly took the time to find the product and tell me the aisle # where it is located. I was then able to find it with no problem. All the employees with whom I interacted were helpful.

I just love Home Depot. It's my favorite store to shop at. The Irving store is near my home. It's totally convenient. The staff there is friendly and very knowledgeable.

When I think of ethics and integrity, store #6557 is phenomenal. The store is very inviting and the staff is very knowledgeable as well. Store #6557 is always on top of their game. They are courteous to the customers and know their product types (hands down). In today's time, this speaks volumes on leadership, loyalty to customers, cutting edge thinking, store layout and superior customer service. I live in Frisco, Texas but work in Irving. Many times I save my HomeDepot errands for store #6557. I can always count on them. A special thank you to the buyer's of this store as well as the management staff. To the entire staff, you shine from the inside out. Loyal for Life. I believe in this staff and in this store!!! :)

I was looking for a cooktop installation kit, but the helper in Cooktops and Kitchens never arrived.

My Home Depot is a place I thoroughly enjoy visiting! The greeter and staff are eager to assist!! I have options to patronize other stores, but I know, whatever I need, Home Depot is a sure winner!! I buy all my home needs from that store, and I have even ordered many items online!! Always satisfied!!

This location is by far the best in the chain. I have shopped at many HD locations in the area, but none can compare to the personnel at 6557. The expertise, knowledge and friendliness of the staff is the best. Top notch!! I know most of the staff by name....Sheldon and Robert in Plumbing, Gary in Electrical, Jamie in Paints, Jeremy (one of the shift managers), Rhonda at Returns, Haley in Customer Service, Marcia in Flooring, Brad (Asst Store Mgr) plus all the guys and gals at the check out...they are all great!!!! All of these people go above and beyond to help when it's needed. GREAT, GREAT STORE!!!!

It was impeccably clean, neat, and well-organized. There were sufficient employees around that I didn't have to go looking for one. The electrical products was looking for were varied and plentiful. The bathroom was very clean. The cashier was friendly, quick, and efficient. I loved the lighting in this store. Everything seemed bright, clean, and appealing. I can't wait to go back to look at flooring options. Did I mention how clean everything was?

Very disappointed. I ordered online for a zline island range hood. When I picked up @ store, the clerk did not tell me it's an open box. I found out when I got home. There was no instruction/missing parts. I had to take another trip to return it. I paid for a new range hood not a returned one. It's a bad experience.

I needed help finding an item which showed in-stock on line, but wasn't on the shelf. Associate Karen in Garden found it stashed away in a box very quickly. Thanks so much!
