Great store with great employees.

Went there August 8 around 7 am. Shopping for AC filters. Store associate working this area very kind and helpful. Thank you so much.

A particular employee stood out to me. Her name was Makayla. She was very nice to me. I was honestly having a bad day and I went to her checkout lane and she just brightened up my day. She told me that she knew it was going to get better and she honestly showed great customer service. I highly recommend this store if this is the kind of customer service to be receiving.

Store is very clean and organized. Employees are very helpful and polite. Products are easy to find and employees are easy to locate if you need assistance. One of the best stores in the area!

I shopped here for tools and found everything I was looking for in a hurry. Many registers were open to improve congestion. Store was clean and very efficient. Great staff and very quick to get in and out without long lines which is great to help improve social distancing.

I asked for assistance three times when finally I was given the name of the store manager, Evan. When I approached him, he was very rude and agitated that he had to stop what he was doing to assist. In my opinion, if you're going to be the store manager, you should be willing to assist anybody and everybody you can without an attitude. Being someone who has worked in retail and in multiple customer service positions, as well as a lead position, it should never be beneath you to assist shoppers in your store. ESPECIALLY if it's a customer who requested assistance multiple times and who had been waiting 10+ minutes.

I spent about $60.00 to build a solar screen for a neighbor. This used to be 3/8" x 3/4" x 84". The problem I'm having is the only spline what will fit is the 0.125" spline. But the channel for this thinner frame (5/16") is too small for 0.125" spline and solar screen. This is corporate greed pure and simple. They probably saved 1/10 of one cent per rail! So sad. I had to tell my neighbor "sorry no luck" and because I've already cut the frame and solar screen, it is not returnable. So I'm having to eat $60.00 I've looked on line for 3/8" size but I can only find a box of 20 rails. I only need 4 so it's just not happening.

Pets should not be allowed at all, pets cart there own bacteria that they spread around easily, especially if the dog is around other dogs and also goes to a dog park. Dog parks is an animal toilet, so to bring dogs into a business that is not a pet store makes it Filthy and is wrong. Many times there will be animal Feces on the floor. Please STOP allowing pets, Thank you

This Home Depot is not mandating that customers wear masks. What was worse is that there were some EMPLOYEES not wearing masks! Why is this occurring? Is Home Depot saying they don’t care about the health of their customers? One of the employees, working the paint section, was not wearing a mask and was very unfriendly. I was wearing a mask because it is mandated AND because I want to make sure that if I am carrying the virus, to not give it to others.

This staff and store are phenomenal, they are aware and maintaining all the Covid guidelines and are still accessible and helping from in store support to curbside. By far the best store in the Metroplex...

The Associates were very friendly and helpful. They guided us to select the items and explain the product functions. The store was neat and tidy and necessary social distances were maintained throughout. Hope to return to the store soon.

I live within equal distance to both the Flowermound and Irving locations. I will plan to make the Irving location my go to HD. The store was clean, I found what I was looking for without any problems. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience!!

This used to be my favorite location. However, the last two purchase experiences were very frustrating. I purchased a front door on 12-30-2019 and was told it would ready to pick up on 1-10-2020. The tenth became the 16th, then the 23rd, then the 30th. As of today, 2-9-2020, it still has not arrived at the store for me to pick up. On 2-6-2020 I visited this store to buy a ceiling fan that showed to be available at this location. Associate spent 20 minutes and neve found the fan I wanted. I purchased a similar fan and then returned it and purchased the fan I wanted at a different location the next day.

I went hurriedly to HD to exchange a unopened Hampton Bay fan that my electrician showed was clicking as the thingy rotated. He agreed to wait while I drove the 15 minutes to the store and install the new one. The returns cashier, Munira, was my heroine. She quickly credited my card, got a fan expert to help me while I got another one. She did not make me go through the checkout line but instantly charged my card and sent me on my way...maybe 10 minutes start to finish. I returned home and the electrician did install the new fan. Munira understood the urgency, calmed me down, and was the person I declare to be my MVP

They North Irving's home depot store provides excellent customer service. They store is well lighted and clean. The associates are always friendly knowledgeable and helpful.

This store is in a good location and it is easy to find. For the most part, it is organized, neat and clean and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I do find some areas, where the stock is not organized and I see some areas not clean. Examples: the outdoor plant areas frequently need sweeping and the tool areas occasionally need organizing. Overall though, this is one of my favorite stores to visit.
