Garden center cashier wanted to keep all my change since she had nothing to give me back and tried to embarrass me by loudly saying how are you going to pay for this ? REALLY why should THD steal from customers on top of these prices ?? very sad, she was challenging and the customers behind me saw her behavior and looked in empathy at me!

Ram helped me find the 6 different light bulbs I needed for listing my client's house. He also walked me over to find batteries for the smoke detector.

Spent over an hour to get 2 gallons of paint. I had the paint color ready and the brand of paint I wanted ready. The person working the paint counter seemed to have other, more important things to do.

I've purchased this primer many time for multiple products and applications and It is by far my go to primer hands down. Excellent product found at the Home Depot at a great price.

Assistant manager " DARIAN BARROW " is very professional and help customers with very friendly , and with all required information . Due to her I will come to this store and will forget the past bad customer services because in past most of the employees at this store does not know anything and never be helpful , when ever I ask or my family and friends ask anything they pretend like they are in hurry and do not know anything .

Omar the store mgr is very customer service orientated. He was extremely helpful in solving a pricing issue. He puts the customers needs first.

Its an ok store but wentvto buy a washer and dryer, thry don't carry any in stock,they have to back order bummer, also no MILITARY Discount even with Military Id because appliances are never in store sto k,either warehouse or back ordered one and a half months for mine delivery marxh 26,very busy store not enough employees at appliances, filmo helped me,he was overwhelmed so many customers like a polimh booth people waiting not cool

He cares about his customers and loves what he does. Made my mom and I feel so comfortable and had so much patience with us. Thank you Gary T!

store was clean and organized. The employees are really friendly and helpful

The Garden area needs to more organize. The pots were not located on right price area. Some pots were just laying on the floor, The pots I needed were stuck in between two shelves. The staff member was extremely rude and seemed not happy to be working there. BTW, the handheld price scanner was not working properly so he was very frustrated for sure.

If you ever need great & knowledgeable advice with your projects (tools,etc), Jonathan & Ronald are people just for the job.

I always go the Home Depot in North Irving because it is close to where I live. My only complaint is there is hardly ever anyone available to help you when you need to ask a question. I always have to go and find someone and that is a challenge at times. It would improve your customer experience if you had employees dedicated to walking sections of the store for the sole purpose of asking customers if they are finding what they are looking for, and even acknowledging us by asking us how we are doing.
