i shop this location all the time for my own home and rentals. the associates always help me find the items on my husbands list. they never make me feel like i don't matter because i'm a woman. they treat me like anyone else.

Been going to this store for many years Always Friendly Happy Works willing to help you I’m live alone on very limited income and have do do most home repairs on my own, but I’m in dire need for a New Roof on My house and my income can’t afford it and my health prevents me from doing anything and my Cardiolagist yelled at me for replacing one rotten step and painting them all the other day Oh well

I have physical limitations, every was willing to help me, from loading my cart to loading my garden purchases into my pick-up. Very helpful and curtious.

Today 3/15/21 10.47am At self checkout employee Meghan felt it necessary to check between 4 12 inch stacked plastic planter pots, I Asked Meghan what could fit between them? Meghan stated its my job! Really and I individually scan everything if she waited! Embarrassing!!

Richard was amazing! He had great advice on putting up crown molding for kitchen cabinets. He also helped us pick up what tools to buy for the job. We bought a Ryobione nailer and some Brad nails. At the checkout Lynn was very friendly as well as efficient!

Salespersons are more helpful than other stores. Assistance easily obtained. A salesperson named Matt very helpful. Noticed the store was clean and organized. Items I needed were in stock. Almost a pleasure shopping in this HD !

Had a late idea for an xmas gift but it was out of stock at my primary HD. The associates at the NF HD could not have been more helpful, locating the items and expediting us through the checkout - even looking up an old receipt from a different HD. Remined me of our local grocery store chain that national recognition for customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
