Coming from NJ to finish my moms basement. They helped us rent a Penske truck, load up the beadboard, molding, plumbing supplies etc. When we finished we were easily able to return our unused full sheets of beadboard. Their team was excellent!

I go to this home depot for all my home updating ideas. Leo is a very knowledgeable and friendly person. He gives great advice on what tools and items you may need for any project.

I had an issue with a homedepot.com order. The customer service I received both in store and from the 800 number was the worst I've ever experienced. Very rude attitudes and no one cared to try to resolve my problem. I ultimately canceled the order and purchased from another retailer.

Can you imagine we have THREE DrillMaster drills with three batteries, and each battery is now DEAD. In warmer climates we are much more active doing a lot of home projects and improvements, so we DO need a drill. A neighbor has a Ryobi and he loves his Ryobi drill, so it seemed good for us, so we went looking at our local Home Depot. We found the one we wanted, BUT it was OUT of stock. Mark helped us, advising us of a Home Depot about 35 mins away with units in stock. We weren't wanting to drive that far, so as you could imagine, we were quite disappointed. Unbelievably Mark then stated we could get a different model at a great price. We took his advice, and then lowered the price for us to the price of the model we wanted but was out of stock, and we _really_ appreciated it. I guess he saw the disappointment on our faces. Within minutes, we walked out with our new drill and VERY happy. We want Mark and Home Depot to know we DO appreciate this experience, and as the weather warms up, will return to pick up another!

I'm doing home renovations for a house that I have here in Niagara Falls and I've visited this store countless of times. Every single time I go I always have staff helping me find what I need at a great price.

Bought some 2" pvc pipe for a project with my neighbor - was to get 45 degree; but I got 90 degree. Return process easy and clerk was personable. Refunded back to card on file.

I was at the Home Depot in Niagara Falls NY ,was in for window insulation kits, Associates, were always helpful. Walk you right to the area you need. Enjoy shopping here keep up the good work

Ariza in flooring took the time to contact another store to check inventory on tile that was on clearance at her store. She has assisted me in the past with my original tile order and did so with professionalism and a smile on her face. Thank you also to Anton who has helped me with my bathroom remodels! Then J’Habanae G. at the customer service counter assisted me with a price adjustment on the initial tile order, which saved me about $75!!! She was also very professional and courteous during the process and was a joy to deal with.

Whenever I visit the NF's location, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and eagar to help! Its my favorite store to shop at over anywhere else! The items I go for are always in stock and for a great price. Thank you, Home Depot!

This Home Depot has the nicest employees, everyone we encountered today was friendly and helpful, awsome customer service... Which is non existent at other Home Depots! Will definitely make this location my "go to" Home Depot store!

I was purchasing a new storm/screen door. The sales associate, Don, took the time to explain the difference between the 2000 series v/s the 3000. I would have not know why the difference if he hadn’t explained to me. So glad he did. I bought the 3000 series snd extremely happy with my new door.

Jessica was my cashier today (4/1/23). She was attentive and very helpful when it came to an item that I needed. It was out of stock at this location but she found several other stores with exactly what I needed. She was polite and professional.

I went to this store and spent over 1200.00. Then i went to customer service to ask about a lost order, after standing for 10 min. waiting for the customer service lady ( heather ) TO FINISH her conversation with another associate about her lunch. the other associate asked if we needed help, mind you not Heather. Heather was very disrespectful from start to finish. Now if your wondering how i no her name is because when i asked for a manager and her name, she stuck out her chest and pointed to her name that was faded and said HEATHER and told me to leave HER store.

Hoops is a prime example of the many great and helpful employees at this location. This evening, I visited as a reluctant ‘do-it-yourselfer’ for a project that would’ve cost hundreds of dollars if not immediately addressed, and quite frankly, the job wouldn’t have gotten done without running the risk of serious injury. I posed my predicament to Hoops and he did not dismiss my dilemma, instead he focused and discovered a solution that did not involve me going to the emergency room or the bank.

I am grateful to have found this product just before our recent ice storm!!

Like always, we go shopping for one item, and after finding it; We always find other things we need or want!
