My wife and I can't say enough about the great help we received in designing and ordering our kitchen cabinets and counter top. Wayne was a very knowledgeable and patient guide through this process.

I came in looking for a tree I could not find. Had a worker name Matt come over and help. Went in back and found tree. Took his time to get tree in pellet and help me get tree in my car.

I went to buy a refrigerator and the sales lady was great. She was very easy to work with.

They do a great job considering the labor market. Shelves are neatly stocked and full and the place is clean. Bathroom was exceptionally clean considering it was late in the day.

Amazing customer service experience from Kassem. He was professional, knowledgeable and delivered. He went out of his way to see how our needs can be met and excesses our expectations, really went out of his way. Great member of your team.

Went to 2 specialty plumbing stores with no results. Went to HD and their associate Carlos knew exactly how to fix my problem and actually built the solution from parts on the wall

There is an associate that does not wear the orange uniform that only walks around like she is doing something but all she does is flirt, please train this associates to do their job. I used to love this home depot for various reasons. Not anymore me and my wife are a little upset about this last times we trip to niagara falls home depot.

Plumbing isle was cluttered with displays and abandoned carts. Very unsafe.

I find that the employees have a great attitude tword customer service. They are great with helping find items, Returning items and price matching. And they are not rude like employees at other large chains.

We bought an item that was incorrect. A previous customer placed a different item that the box of what we thpught we were buying. The store manager ,Steve, was incredibly helpful to right this wrong and help us. He was extremely helpful and generous.

Great employees that are very helpful

The associate that helped me locate items I desperately needed was beyond helpful. She took the time to locate the items and pull out a ladder to go get them down. The store was busy during this. All I can say is wow...
