I frequent this store daily for my business and home supplies as well. The thing that I can count on the most is their excellent customer service. Everyone I deal with is selflessly devoted to providing the best service possible which makes the customer experience pleasant. Besides that the store is clean, and stocked well.

The employees starting with El are always in a good mood and delightful to chat with. Today, Arlene did an exceptional job in taking care of a return that I thought I may have to return to the manufacturer.....Kudos to Arlene.

Store was clean and organize, most employees very friendly, feel great every time shop there.

This store is well stocked and well organized; it is easy to shop and check out.. Every employee I have encountered was friendly and helpful. Dave in the Plumbing Department helped me with a piping project to an extent that far exceeded normal service provided. I shop at this store about once a week and have always been completely satisfied. . .

Best HD store in the area

I visited on a Saturday night. I was approached by several associates in multiple departments and asked if I need help and if I found everything I was looking for. Paint guy was quite helpful, also lumber associate. Thanks for a good experience!

The store is laid out user friendly and seems cleaner than the other two locally every visit. Jude B went above and beyond the call to safely get me some much needed shear pins that were put away for the season after a late snow storm.He was polite, professional and courteous.He was motivated, safe and ambitious. You better hope I don't recruit him away to my company, it so hard to find good employees.I want to personally acknowledge him for his service.Arthur Blank would be proud to see this service and devotion.

Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. If they didn't have an answer they would find someone who did. I also find the Glasgow location to be of equal caliber.

VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING AND IF YOU NEED HELP DECIDING ON SOMETHING. THEY HABE TOU COVERED. BEST HOME DEPOT IVE EVER BEEN TOO.

This is one of the friendliest Home Depots I have ever been in. Every associate was polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Jude and Angela are the best. I just could not get over how friendly everyone was. Quite often you get ignored in these types of stores, but not in this one. Very clean, well kept store.

This is our go to store for lots! This trip was for a small chest freezer for our daughter for Christmas. They got the freezer down from the shelf and noticing a damaged corner, unpacked it and found major damage. They quickly found us another one. Our business had a devastating fire in April & you don't know what you list until you need it. My husband stops in here at least 2-3 times per week buying tool boxes, tools, nuts bolts as needed. Our major equipment was replaced now we are restocking our re-built building. This store is always clean and the employees are always ready to help.

Neat, organized, friendly and helpful if needed.

I recently ordered carpeting and laminate flooring for a vacation house. Most of my contacts were by phone by Diane and two gentlemen (I did not get their names). Diane was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and detailed through the process. She took extra time to explain my estimate and give me the extra information I needed to help me make decisions about my purchase. The men were very helpful with taking my laminate order and helping with coordinating measurements for both the carpet and laminate on the same date. I believe the products we found at Home Depot will be perfect for our house. It was easy and a pleasure dealing with this store.
