I always get what I need with plenty of inventory to choose from.

Delivery mishap followed by an installation mishap was followed up by a more than fair discount. Thank you HD! No other store would have done what you guys did. You made me a happy customer.

Service desk was so very helpful

From the cashiers to the associate Jack who helped to cut the wood piece we went in for, to the associate who was overseeing the butterfly house building project for the families, everyone welcomed and helped us with a smile. I really appreciate all the help from everyone.

There needs to be more employees and better stocked shelves. The few employees that was there are very helpful but seem overwhelmed.

Thanks to the exceptional customer service we got a great up sell on a pressure washer for our house with a nice applied discount due to low inventory. Will be back for more items in the future to help improve our home :)

Love this store. I use to flip homes in Arizona. Would have to wait forever for my orders! Not at this store! My orders are pulled right away! Thank you!!!

Or in this case below. Had trouble finding something. One of the employees actually laid on the floor to get what I wanted out from under a low shelf. Such dedication is rarely found in retail these days.

Bought the Milwaukee m18 combo at a great price

I was on my way to a Garden Center when my friend recommended that I try this Home Depot. She had had very good luck there. I had interactions with a sales assistant, a cashier, and a vendor. All were helpful, did not rush me, and made this a pleasant shopping trip.

In the last six months I have had very good customer service especially at the checkout counters. Very friendly, personable and efficient.

I hate seeing this country going further and further down the toilet, with stores having to lock everything behind bars to keep our diverse friends from running off with it. Our Greatest Strength ™ is taking a toll on large companies bottom line, and Home Depot is no exception. Hopefully Home Depot can hold on until real Americans regain their senses and deal with our genetically criminally prediposed segment.

This store is much cleaner, organized and friendly than its competitor, and even other Home Depot stores in the Newark, DE area.

Overall good experience with staff with some of the management isn’t all that great. Things that were solved before easily with better management became a problem that was escalating to branch customer service. Do better Home Depot

This store has always been one of the best places to go to. Team member, Diana, is truly phenemonal and embodies the values any organization seeks in being reliable, professional and above all, energetic and positive.

The people that work at this store are exceptionally skilled and incredibly friendly. I was blown away by how quickly and effectively they helped me navigate the store. I was probably in-and-out in about 3 minutes or less and I would have had no idea what I was doing otherwise.

Needed to get price adjustment and the customer service personnel expedited the return and repurchase along with providing discount on an item purchase due to the other brand being out of stock. Arranged for items to be loaded into vehicle. Extremely helpful and provided excellent service. I told her she was awesome and she humbly replied "just providing good customer service and helping people get what they need."

Came in got what I wanted in about 10min. Always a great experience items are always in stock and very knowledgeable / approachable / friendly staff

Frank the sales associate had my door ready for pick he also explained how the door is installed. He carried the door out for and loaded on the truck . The cashier by the name of Tracy was very helpful as well and very patient considering it was closing time she allowed me to take my time checking out

I picked up several items in garden department. One of this items had a price tag on it for $21.99. At the register all items went through for $29.99. I asked to honer the tag price but cashier said even though description matched it was a different item number. So my cashier took a price tag if the item, stated she is not changing the price for me. I paid whatever the price and left because I didn’t want to hold a customer behind me.

The flooring department associates are top notch!

I love this store it’s my favorite Home Depot.. everyone there is super kind and go out of their way to help when I’m in need.
