we bought 3 appliances and the service was great.. I did feel that another clerk would have been helpful as there were other customers waiting for service. There was just one clerk, Shawnie, an she did a great job.

Can’t believe how wonderful this store is. The location and the accessibility is fantastic. The knowledgeable employees are wonderful and some of the personalities are memorable and enjoy being greeted by these individuals when I shop.

Ms Diane Paulino from the flooring section is fantastic. She helped me select the right carpet to my living room. We discussed all the options and she helped me find the carpet and pad that best fit my needs.

Re-stating: Manager Barbara went out of her way to be VERY helpful, as I had trouble at the check-out register. She was Expedient, Professional, Accurate and Pleasant. Home Depot needs to not only recognize her; but bestow upon her your grandest accolades and remuneration !!!!!

I was carpet shopping and the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was easy.

Workers are friendly and helpful almost always. They carry more stock than most of the other local Home Depots. Store is usually pretty clean.

I like to go to the Home Depots in Newark, DE, I live in Maryland, I bit of a drive but well worth it. I always have a great experience there; the employees are always very polite and professional. The store is kept clean, stocked well and not cluttered. The employees go out of their way to assist even at peak hours. My last visit was 6/11/2020, trying to work an outdoor light problem, I did not find what I was looking for, Erik offered assistance, we discussed my project briefly and offered a solution. He took me to heavy duty transformer, helped me select the correct item for my project, another great experience. HD Newark, DE keep up the good work.

It was a busy Saturday, everyone in masks and our first venture out in a long time. They had clear marks on the floor, clear shields up in dept. (paint) as well as cashiers. We were offered assistance in loading our toilets (2) and were reminded that anytime we want help, we can just ask the cashier and they will get someone to do so.

Employees are willing to help and make sure you find what you’re looking for. I love this store

This store is our favorite store to go to. My husband and I go out of our way to go to this Home Depot because the employees are so helpful and friendly. The store seems to be better organized and you can find anything you need. Today May 3rd was another great service from an employee. The employee name was Drew. He worked in the paint department. My husband and I needed to buy a lot of different paint (internal, external, basement paint, deck) and he was extremely helpful with not only showing us where the items were located but recommending the best product to use for the job. Drew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to help us. I’m not sure we would have been able to get everything we needed if it wasn’t for his help.

The cashier Kathleen, should keep her opinions to herself as they are not helpful or needed!

I want to thank "Tracy W" from the paint department. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a product that I was not familiar with. She took the time and did the research for me and found me a substitute. I had what I needed in one visit. Way to go - Tracy.

The RENTAL department personal were friendly, offered great tips on how to use the machine I rented, showed me quickly how to operate it and got me on my way timely. Newark rental depart clean and neat and equipment in good working order.

Be careful when you buy something here. I bought a table saw that had been returned. It was not marked as such, and looked like it had never been opened. When I got home, it was missing a piece worth $80. They need to mark returned items as RETURNED, so they can be thoroughly checked before purchasing.

I continue to get helpful service at this store. Sometimes you gotta ask for help and the employees definitely help!
