Go see Mickey if you need a lockset for your home- he is a rock star. The associates that I ran into during my visit knew what they were talking about and helped out a lot.

I went to the store to research washers and dryers and make another purchase but what we were faced with was a rude employee at self-checkout. She was impatient and had the audacity to say "I want to punch you in the face". Other employees were nice but it is a shame that this specific employee could ruin the reputation of this store. I am awaiting to hear from management on this issue. Overall, other employees were nice, asked if we needed help and the store was very clean and organized.

This location is always a joy to shop at. The employees are all kind and quick to help assist with our needs. Fabulous customer service!

I have always enjoyed shopping the Home Depot Stores. They almost always have what I am looking for. And have often been told that the merchandise I am after can be bought online for a quicker turn around when the store is out of stock. The floor persons always ask if I am looking for something in particular and almost always know right where to find it, or direct you when they are busy with another customer.

My husband and I have paid several visits to this Home Depot as it is the closest to our home. We recently purchased a new home in the area and needed things like window coverings, appliances, storage items and other things to outfit our home. We love it in there and we love all the staff. And they know what they are talking about when asked questions about different products. They also help us get the best price available based on our budget.

This was the FIRST time using the Pro Desk...got Norma on the phone!! She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and made my large confusing purchase a BREEZE. I am out-of-state and trying to take care of my son's fence repair/replace while he is deployed in Kuwait. She made the entire process VERY easy!!! Thank you...Thank you!!!

We have been going to this store since it opened and have always had a great experience when we shop there. The employees have always been very helpful and counterions just a nice shopping experience.

Employees are great at this store but the store itself is cluttered, jammed together and difficult to maneuver through or to simply find something I'm looking for without assistance. If not for those things, rating would be 5-star!

The manager on duty, Greg has zero ability with customer service

I paid for a mower that they had in stock, it was to be assembled for pickup. When I called it couldn't be found anywhere. So they simply said sorry and refunded my money. Not very happy about their lack of effort to keep a customer when they royally screwed up! I will not be going there again.

Product was limited. Staff was excellent.
