There are NEVER enough checkers here, and I refuse to go through self check, it takes peoples jobs away, and I get NO discount for checking myself out!

We've visited Home Depots across the country, and honestly, this one is my all-time favorite. The folks working here seem really happy, and they're always helpful but not intrusive. They're always stocked up with everything I need.

A simple flash of a government issued military ID is sufficient proof to give military discounts. Shouldn't have to "register" with personal information to get a military discount.

Always a good deal at this store. Customer service is exceptional.

I called over the phone and everything was handled like I was there in the store. even giving me additional information!

I am a contractor and I work all around Colorado Springs, so I visit all the Home Depot stores as well. Thankfully this store on east Woodman and Powers is the closes one to my home and I regularly start my day buying materials at this store and interacting with the staff. Though this is not the biggest store in town it is the best. The work ethic and customer-oriented culture at this store stands out among the rest. The folks at the Pro desk will go out of their way to get me what I need in a timely manner and the staff around the store in general are knowledgable in their fields and helpful with advice and finding me what I need to get a job done.

The employees at this store are always quick to offer a hand to help you.

Service is not great at all! Very bad experience at the “service” desk! If employees don’t want to provide service perhaps they should find another line of work! If they want to stand around and just talk to each other, maybe they should just go hang out!! Would not recommend this store unless you have too. I will probably drive further to Lowe’s and hopefully they understand service!!!!

A complete waste of time, energy and resources it’s up to you to get a storm door for our house. The project sold for over a month and never got any calls or follow up from Home Depot unless I called to inquire. The project never got started and so I demanded my money back. Do not highly recommend

The sales Personnel were very informative and helpful about the Appliances in their department.

We have used Home Depot for multiple jobs in 3 homes. We normally receive fairly good service at this store, but if you are sent to Connie at Customer Service, I would suggest asking for someone else.

This store is extremely clean, well organized, and fully stocked. From the time I walked in the store it was a pleasant experience. I wanted to shop more, because it was so well organized.

I've been shopping at store 1538 for over a year now, while working on a sled load of projects at home, that have no end in sight. I've always found the store to be clean and orderly. The staff are polite and generally helpful. The inventory has been good, and I've generally been able to find what I need. I've tried other stores in the area and been less pleased with all of them.

The store had all that we needed and we found all that we had come to shop for. We got the help that we needed and the store was clean. The associates were very friendly and helpful.

With about 45 minutes left before closing on a Friday night, discovered that a tile saw we were using had died. Called Home Depot, asked for flooring, and Steve answered! (Surprised anyone would even answer their phones this late!) He said a Rigid had been on sale, said he had two showing in inventory. Rushed to the store (5 miles away) and caught up with STEVE! He found the bay empty! But, he remembered that a pallet had just been delivered. On top of the pallet was the Rigid box! He said he'd purchased the same saw months ago - had really performed well. The one I wanted was also on sale, too! He helped me load the saw on a dolly and within minutes was speeding back to the job site. Less than half an hour later the saw was performing flawlessly! Great product and great service. Thank you Home Depot - and STEVE!

The lady that helped us, who's name I'm forgetting, was so helpful. We will be coming back and dealing with all the people from the appliance area and the rest of the store... :).

This store is full of helpful employees. They always have tips and tricks for home projects. They also will go above and beyond to make sure you get the help you need. The store is easy to move around in and is set up in a way that makes sense. They are very kid friendly as well which is nice. They have projects and things for kids as well.

The store was clean, the salesperson was very helpful and friendly, and the product that we needed was readily available and at a very good price.

I am a bit frustrated that my composite decking order is being delayed 2 weeks from the time I expected delivery. I decided to go with Home Depot because they indicated delivery would be just a few days, now I am without the material I need to finish a job.
