This store has a good handle on customer service! The culture is evident and a positive reflection of the management. The shelves are typically stocked. In the off chance the last product got sold, the associates are eager to climb the step stool or get the lift to pull whatever you need from the overhead storage. I recommend this store because they have the staff on hand and have customer service nailed.

    Most frustrating "buying" expereince ever!
    Trying to buy flooring through Home Depot was a comedy of errors, only it wasn't funny. I chose my flooring, scheduled a measurement, which I had to pay $35 for. He came and measured, and I got an email that my estimate would be ready once I chose my product (which I had already done the day before. It gets worse. When I called to pay the estimate I finally got, I was told I had canceled the measurement, I said he has come and gone, and I have an estimate in my hand. When I tried to pay ove the phone with gift cards I hadused AMEX points for, I wa told I would have to pay in the store to use more than one gift card. So I went in, stood in line for customer service with my invoice in hand, and was told by the clerk she couldn't find a record of my invoice in the computer, and she sent me back to the flooring desk. I handed my invoice to the very clerk who had taken my order the day before. She couldn't get my invoice to come up either. I spent quite a bit of time sitting there, giving her chance after to chance to solve the problem, and finally my husband and I decided this was going nowhere, and we told her to cancel the order if she ever found it, and we left. Under these circumstances, HD should refund the measurement fee, I have asked for it to be returned to me, but am not holding my breath.

      I was looking for a specific touch up product to no avail found a young female employee in the kitchen dept who took the time to listen and understood what I was trying to do and helped me find the product in the paint dept. She was not just an employee she knew her job.

          Poor service
          Bought a number of items, including a single piece of 2x4 lumber that I need to have cut. Despite numerous employees trying to find someone, no one was ever found who could cut an eight foot 2x4 for me. I don't understand why this normal service could not be handled today. Always worked before. Saw a number of other disappointed customers with the same issue.

            We just purchased a home and have had to use Home Depot several times to buy new home supplies. This location is very friendly and kind and everyone seems to know a lot about the products!

              Don't buy anything that will require a delivery
              I was promised a dishwasher on a Saturday. There is curb/sidewalk work being done in the neighborhood with clear DETOUR signs. The delivery guy didn't even try to route through and follow the DETOUR signs. Instead he chose to not call and ask for directions. He chose to still get paid for a delivery that didn't happen. He chose to not be courteous and professional. He chose to be lazy. Home Depot has no control over the contracted delivery company and therefore can't do anything. You are inconvenienced for not only that missed delivery day but any future dates (hoping they still deliver the appliance you have already paid for to include a delivery fee). You are treated with disrespect. Does that make you want to patronize Home Depot and be a valued repeat customer? Just something to think about. While they have no control over the drivers, they do have FULL control over who they hire to make their deliveries. MDO delivery is ruining the reputation of Home Depot

                            WORST Customer Service EVER Experienced!
                            Stay AWAY from Kaitlyn at "customer service" if you actually want ANY customer Service. This girl screams at you "I WILL NOT SERVE YOU." Instead of taking care of customers, this store makes customers feel inhuman! Over the smallest things.... All I needed was a receipt to be printed for my purchase because the self-check out kiosk broke and wouldn't print. That's it! I was made to feel like I shouldn't need a receipt, that I was inconveniencing them for that receipt and that for something that (finally) a supervisor came over and took 2 seconds to do, that I needed to step aside after Kaitlyn ROLLS her eyes at me, talks down to me, and then screams "I WILL NOT SERVE YOU" over and over again.

                              We've had great experiences with some employees, but on our last trip there one employee was cussing loudly are carelessly - insulting and talking poorly about a woman. As a woman, I felt incredibly unsafe. Will find other places to shop.

                                I had Ms. Charlotte a few visits and every time she gave me the best advice about Colorado. I’ve been in Colorado a little bit more than a month. She gave me advice about planting, watering days and the local bird that’s hanging around my backyard. Ms. Charlotte from “Gardening” was extremely nice and professional and had a good sense of humor with my wife and I. It’s amazing how one employee can stand out among many. The plants at Home Depot are awesome!

                                        Nice people who can't do the job
                                        I hired Home Depot to come measure two entrance ways for doors bifold doors. After they measure and they ordered the doors and they had an installer come out and fail to install the doors they then ordered new doors and had a another installer come out and try again and yet again failed. One of the two doors was installed the other was not. Home Depot solution to this was to quit give up and tell me to find a different solution. Seeing how this job is for the homeowners of the house I just sold I would have preferred that they completed the work rather than leave me searching for a new contractor to complete it. I will not be using Home Depot again nor do I recommend anyone do for projects that they want actually completed.

                                            I made a simple return and purchase. Returns desk eventually acknowledged me and then questioned me on the product that I purchased in the condition I returned it in. I purchased a secured item from the front with my hose and hose reel I picked up. I was to help locate the item in the lock up cage. another cashier felt the need to tell me that I could not touch anything in the lock up. Don’t ask me to help if you don’t want it. In all honesty I felt like they were more focused on thieves than honest paying customers. Not one employee said a single thing to me, I passed 4 employees including a manger. The Store Manager is to blame for this in my opinion. Poor store conditions and lack of service start at the top. Good luck.

                                                SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT
                                                A few days ago I went to our nearby Home Depot to buy Image Noxall Granules. With the help of a clerk I found what I was wanting, took it to the self checkout, paid for this purchase, and a friendly clerk wished me well as I left the store.

                                                        Wes in the plumbing department was a help to me that is beyond words. I would still be there trying to figure out what plumbing parts I need for this very unique project . He stayed with it until he figured out how to make it work. I am extremely thankful !
