Stairs in the way, boxes down the aisles everywhere, can't run your cart down the aisles. What a mess.

I bought a refrigerator at this store and all the employees were so helpful and knowledgeable. they made my shopping experience very pleasant and easy!

I had a refreshing experience while shoppint at this Home Depot location on 19 Apr 2024. I stopped in to look at a washer and dryer, after closing on my new home. I'm embarrassed to say that I can not recall the name of this wonderful older gentlemen who assisted me as if I were the only one in the store. There were shoppers buzzing about at every turn. This Sales Person listened closely to me, was very knowledgable, and summarized our conversation. He also provided me with a cold bottle of water and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Thanks for a great shopping experience!!!

I came into the store hoping to locate a replacement part for an old sliding glass shower door. Amy met me at the front of the store and knew exactly what I needed and where it was located. Amy is the best possible ambassador that Home Depot can have on their team. A very friendly,, knowledgeable, and professional resource!

I was looking for a plumbing fitting, but arrived just as they were closing. Without me asking them to, 4 different employees coordinated to help me find what I needed and get checked out, even though they had to stay open a few minutes after hours to do so. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Have been to this store many times but have never felt like I couldn’t be helped today I wasn’t. As I wandered looking for something I was passed by several associates who didn’t ask if I needed help and when I went to go look for help I couldn’t find any at all not a single person was around

Cashier Andrew went out of his way to be helpful. And count all the change we gave him. The whole store felt festive and pleasant.

We were very impressed that an employee helped us at this store. He even helped me get our water heater to the register.

I spent $17,000 on cabinets and counter tops. The Kitchen design department provided an incredible experience. My wife and I are incredibly happy with the quality of the products and the personal service we received through the whole purchase to delivery process.

Tammy S in countertops and Kaitlyn in customer service went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my home depot credit card coupon saving me a ton by not having to call the credit card help number later. I recommend you clone them immediately because they rock!

I can always find what I am looking for and what I need for my home and property at Home Depot. I have 5 acres and need to treat for weeds, rodents, wasps, and other irritations but Home Depot always has something that will 'do the trick'. I help a number of people with small projects within their homes and I can always find the tools, trim, lumber, or gizmo that will satisfy my friends. It is a great store to rely upon!

This store has top notch associates, their customer service has gone above & beyond my expectations to assist me in finding what I was looking for even when I wasn’t in the best of moods due to a family emergancy. Thank you Chris and Amy and your manager!

Please hire more employees and insist they be attentive. It was a Monday night, so I'm not expecting there to be that many, but it seemed a little empty.. I found my Comet cleaner and my vent grate in under 15 minutes thanks to one helpful employee.

Shelbee who works in the paint department is a wonderful human being and made me feel welcome and appreciated. More employees like her please!

Spend a lot of money here. They charged me $20 more for a tree when I spent $500. I showed them it was supposed to be $20 but they said they only had the barcode to charge me $50.

This store must have great managers, because everyone I spoke with all the time I was there was happy and helpful!

I always get a greeting at this store, and workers are always volunteering to help me find what I need.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We actually had the help of two employees and they had good information. The price on the products we purchased was better than competitors pricing.

This is my first visit to this store #1538. I was greeted by Charlotte in Garden Department and she is very helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me with water faucet adapters selection and I bought the one she recommended. Thank you Charlotte for your outstanding customer service!!!

Their were more pets in the store than people.
