Had to wait two weeks for product that was in stock at the store, long story short it has been more than 7 weeks and I have not gotten reimburse or even got a Sorry our fault instead tried to blame their mistake on me. So i got assistance, but the incompetent that help me special order the product that they had on hand. So the associate not just hold my funds for over three weeks, delayed my flooring project for three weeks, and drop the product in the middle of my driveway for two weeks with out my consent.

I like the family atmosphere as I come in to the store with friendly and courteous employees.

Great staff. Skilled employees help DIY guys like me get the jobs done quickly and properly! Well stocked store too.

I have recently spent over $3500 preparing for a home improvement project. Today, I hit the trifecta! First I was assisted in the tiles section by a team member (Navy/Army Vet) named Albert who has been very helpful helping us select and purchase bathroom tiles. After my experience in tiles, I was assisted by Blake in the bathroom section who helped me with the purchase of a shower door. Blake was also very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The cashier Elwood was very speedy with transaction and helped with loading my purchase into my vehicle.

I have had great experiences in using this particular Home Depot during COVID-19! All the store employees have been great in helping me get what I needed and available to pick-up at curbside. All have provided outstanding customer service and I highly recommend this store and this service for all who need it!

Mickey in paints is an absolutely incredible member of staff. I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of by an associate at a hardware store before. The man deserves a raise! I spent more money just because Mickey was recommending things I might need and I was loving it! Left with everything I needed for my big project and felt great because of his knowledge and expertise! Thank you Mickey for making a very daunting experience fun and easy.

Great customer service for this elderly person during the COVID-19 pandemic! Employees went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I needed. Wish all businesses had great employees like the ones who helped me. Have earned and will continue to get my business.

Review for Home Depot Corporation, including this Home Depot Location: I purchased an appliance suite (Washer, Dryer, Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher) on June 12. I worked with an amazing associate that helped me split the order in order to receive the Washer and Dryer on June 24. The 24th came, and the appliances were delivered in a prompt and professional manner. The rest of the appliances were set for Delivery on July 7th. On July 7th, I did not receive the appliances on the 7th, nor a phone call from GE or Home Depot. I had to initiate the call to inquire on the status of my appliances. Due to availability, my delivery was set for the end of September. When working with an associate from GE, we were able to split the order and schedule delivery for the Range and Fridge for July 10th, the other items were scheduled for July 27th. On July 10th, I did not receive the appliances nor a phone call from GE or Home Depot. I again had to initiate a call to inquire on the status of my appliances. Fortunately, I was able to get on the manifest for July 11. Between the dates of July 11th and July 27th, I continued to check on the status of the items to ensure we were on track for delivery. Each call ended and me being told that the delivery date was July 27th. On July 27, I did not receive my appliances. However, I did get a 30 minute heads up phone call from Home Depot. 2 hours later, I received a phone call informing me that the call was in error, and they did not have any items for delivery. I again had to initiate a call to inquire on the status of my appliances, in which they pushed the delivery back to August 10. After countless hours on the phone, I was able to get the date changes to August 1. In the end, I did receive my appliance suite that was purchased and paid in full for on June 12, but at over 6 weeks from purchase date to delivery. It was a severe disappointment from both GE and Home Depot on not only the timeline, but poor communicate and genuine disregard of care and respect.

Employees did a great job of helping me to arrange for curb-side pickup even though there was a problem in placing an on-line order! Kind of customer service that I love to see! Will keep me coming back to this store for all my needs.

MICKEY IN THE PAINT DEPT. WAS OUTSTANDING. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OFFERED LOTS OF ADVICE

This store is my “home store” - nearby, well laid out and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Since it is not one of the largest Home Depot stores in town, occasionally, they don’t have what I want - but, the staff is always very helpful in finding the item @ another store in town. I will continue to shop here on a regular basis.

Mickey in the paint department is literally the BEST employee in the entire store (no offense to others). He always greets us and makes sure that we have everything we need for our projects. We are able to pick his brain on anything related to his department and he will give us the full run down. For the times we have had issues with materials he ensures that he fixes the issue. On top of that, my husband is a combat Vet with PTS. During an anxiety attack Mickey knew how to communicate with my husband to help him regulate. Mickey was patient with my husband and walked with him through the store to make sure my husband got all the supplies he needed! Do you have any idea how much of an impact that made on my husband?! The fact that Mickey took time out of his day to provide support on an emotional level is hands down the kindest thing someone has done for us in a long time. Mickey is the reason we continue to go back to store 1538.

I have always found the employees to be helpful in finding items. Even cashiers have been good to deal with when checking out. Because of service and finding everything I need I keep coming back to this location.

The customer service at this location is AMAZING!!!! Folks are always friendly and willing to help.

I give this store a 5 star rating. The store Associates are very attentive and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of products to choose from. Store is very clean and easily accessible. Centrally located for easy access from main streets.

EMPLOYEES WERE NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING THE TIME TO EDUCATE MY ON MY SELECTION OPTIONS. I ASKED FOR HELP WITH LIFEPROOF VINYL FLOORING AND CARPET. THEY PRETTY MUCH JUST POINTED ME TOWARD IT AND ACTED PUT OUT IF I ASKED QUESTIONS. THE PERSON THAT HELPED ME WITH THE CARPET ACTUALLY LET ME KNOW THAT SHE HAD NOT HAD HER LUNCH BREAK YET AND THAT SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSED TO RELIEVE HER. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT FEEL WELCOME OR LIKE I HAD MUCH HELP. IT TOOK 3O MINUTES TO GET SOMEONE WITH A FORKLIFT TO LOAD MY PURCHASE. NO HELP ON CARPET SELECTION. JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I WANTED WITHOUT ANY HELP. TOLD ME TO LOOK MYSELF.

I went into the store to get help with possibly ordering a screen door and install. I had previously had someone come out and measure my frame. I was met with a line and waited for some time. (This wasn't the problem). Once my turn, Vince started to work with us and just began to have us sign documents. We then started to ask questions, what were we signing, when addressed with multiple questions Vince gave a half hazard answers. It seemed as though he wanted to rush us out. He didn't want to give us any information on the install. I went along with it because of my need to get the door and not because is was Home Depot. This was my first time ever having a bad experience at Home Depot and hopefully my last.

All employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. The Home Depot company is not taking sufficient measures to protect my health. Some employees were not wearing masks. Only about 15-20% of customers were wearing masks. Carts are not being wiped down. wipes are not available for customers to clean carts. No hand sanitizer available in store. Don't know about restrooms. Until Home Depot does a complete 180 with regard to sanitation and customer health, I will will not be spending a dime at Home Depot stores or online. I can not spend money if I am in the the hospital or dead, so until things change at Home Depot I will not be spending money at your company.

No! Not if unmasked employee Chris is working there! He would not help me when he was asked nor did he find someone to help me. When the cashier asked if he would assist me he said no! All’s I received was a runaround bounced from one employee to another between the return and pro desk. I’m a 62 year old Woman who does not deserve to be treated so rudely or badly. Chris was the only employee without a mask. I had to bring my husband back where they put Chris out in the now employee filled garden area helping people cutting up and having a good ol time. My husband was Livid and said he would never shop here again and to buy my plants and supplies somewhere else. What a shame this young man ruined my experience in your store.

It is a great place to shop. It is nearby and they always have what I need.

no veteran discount for veterans without a military id card. if you didn't retire or get a medical discharge then you wont have the id required by this company.

great safety precautions in these crazy times. store limits # of people inside at one time. lots of signs reminding people to stay 6' apart. employees all had on masks. i didnt like the arrows on the floor telling me which way to go, (with my bulky cart) but oh well. thanks for being open!!!
