Was easily able to find products, and when I couldn't an associate promptly showed me where the item was. Store associates were caring and diligent. This store was immaculate. If you want an experience similar to what the HD corporate office expects you to receive, go to this location.

This store is a wonderful store have friendly people welcome here when you come in hope you in different departments even if the department is not physiological to help you in other areas of the storeReally what I like about this Home Depot they offer to help you with your stuff to the car even if you don’t even ask they offer to say do you need any help and they will help you out

Trying to check out at this store is a nightmare. To make it worse, management has zero interest in fixing the problem.

Staff is inexperienced, rude and unwilling to help. When asked "where can I find something" the answer is "I don't know I only work in the paint department". When asked "Whom else can I ask for help?" The answer is "I don't know you'll find someone walking up and down the isles".

Shopping for and selecting a range was tremendously difficult for me, but Manny Garcia in the Appliance department at "Home Depot" on DeZavala/I10 made it a great experience. I had lots of questions, and he not only knew the answers, but he also put me at ease, so much so that I was able to make a selection with confidence. When I complimented Manny to Damien, the manager, the manager's response of caring about his employees was impressive. Damien said that giving the customer a good experience is as important as providing good products. So true! This is a good place to purchase appliances, as well as other items. Thank you ,Manny, and Damien, and "Home Depot" for such a satisfying experience!

I started with the Home Depot at 9114 N FM 1604 west 78249. Phone 695-2349. An employee named Jason exhibited exemplary customer service. I had called ahead and was told there were 2 water dispensers of the kind I wanted. He went above and beyond to try to locate the dispensers, even enlisting a "higher up" person to help him. He was determined to find the dispenser for me. After all else failed, Jason called the De Zavala Store and the store had three of them. I went over there and picked up my new water dispenser. I was impressed with the customer service in both stores, but Jason was definitely a stand out at the Bandera and 1604 store.

Philip in plumbing was very helpful. He helped me quickly find exactly what I needed.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have gone to other stores and this is my favorite. When I can’t find something, there is always someone to help me. And they don’t just point the way, they take me all the way to the product. I just haven’t had any problems and they are always well stocked. The store is clean and well organized.

Worst experience ever. On 1/25/2021 i had to deal with cashier danielle. It was at self check out. The register gave a msg for the cashier assist me. When i finally flagged her down and showed her the msg so she would help she said exactly in these words "move out of the way" her attitude was terrible! Then i was leaving and another employee said in exactly these words "give me your receipt". I gave it to the employee for him to check it and then he gave it back without saying a thing. I said youre welcome and walked away.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! not the first time ive had bad experiences at this store but this was definitely one of the worst. So many people out of work because of covid so im sure you can find people with customer service skills.

Easy to locate items, easy to access. Got all the help needed and was provided educational information about what I was buying to make my selections easier and one of if not the cleanest store I've visited.

I was exchanging some items for the same items that varied. I had my receipt and the items were never used, still in the box. Cashier told me I owed 20.00 for the same items. I asked why I would owe anything. She told me because my receipt is over 180 days old. I asked why it matters if I have my original receipt, the items are still in stock, and I never used the items I was returning. For some reason it mattered because it was over 180 days ago. Made no sense. I could see if they no longer had the items in stock but they do. The manager argued with me and then just walked away. Terrible customer service

This Home Depot is easy to get to and is well stocked in the items that I have needed. Their plants are hearty and they have a reasonable selection.

At this really stressful time in our lives, it is nice to be able to go into this Home Depot and be treated like a human being where staff answers your questions and will point the way to an item you are looking for. I am painting my whole house, so I spend a good bit of time in the paint department where I find very helpful, friendly representatives each and every trip. The store is well stocked, clean and a pleasure to shop in. Thank you #0588!

My experience at Home Depost while shopping for garage storage systems was GREAT. Especially the cashier Monica, who not only helped on technical issues but also on discounts.

My go to place for problem solving in home maintenance and repair. These employees know their job and do it courteously and promptly!

Neat and organized store and finding item locations on the app is almost always accurate. The team is very friendly and helpful but the store is usually pretty busy so it can be hard to find someone free for a question. I’ve been shopping here 8 years now and have not been disappointed yet.

WONDERFUL STORE AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE

I shop at the store almost every other day sometimes daily sometimes three times a day. That being said yes I do have a life unfortunately sometimes it requires gathering supplies. And although I find just about everything I need to get the job done as doers do a.k.a. your slogan. I love the fact that I can go in and buy what I need and then a job did not require for me to use everything very easy to work with on returns on supplies. This Home Depot crew is top notch

Very friendly store. Lots of inventory to choose from. In and out without lines of people waiting. That is the way to shop!

Worst costumer service ever, the employees do not care about helping the costumres, especially Chris, I asked him for help and his answer was " I am going to the bathroom be right back in 15 minutes" thank you so much for nothing Chris.
