It is shocking to me that a major retailer like Home Depot hasn’t implement Apple Pay for contactless payments. They are more secure, and sanitary.

In the recent past, I bought some plumbing parts and was assisted by John. His 30 years plus experience as a plumber was very helpful in my purchase.

I like the way all the employees greeting and the way how they are directing us. Mr. Steven Ornelas is the specialist is an good employee, who helped us and made the shopping easy and efficient.

Shout out to CJ in paint, George in lighting/ceiling fans, and Geo in flooring, for going “Above and Beyond” to make our shopping experience a positive one. Knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. These men are an asset to Home Depot. Keep up the fantastic work!! You’ll be in good hands with these gentlemen.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. It always has everything I need, and if I can't find something, I can ask any employee where to find it and they know where to direct me. And there's one guy named Floyd in the paint section who's the nicest and most knowledgeable employee I've ever met.

Never disappointed with customer service at this store. The store itself is cleaner and more organized in my opinion. Tristan in gardening was so helpful and kind and went out of his way to assist me with my purchase.

I am so happy with my time in this particular store. The employees really make the difference. Manny in appliances is THE BEST. Honest, friendly, and truly helpful. I needed so many appliances and he took the stress out of it and helped me through everything.

Self checkout worked great after Angie loaded new paper in the register.

Lots of employees standing around not wanting to help…passing the buck. Fortunately Maisie stepped up and made me feel like a human.

I never get help at any home improvement store -- but today -- this store knocked my socks off. I was asked about 8 times if I needed anything and was actually walked to the area I was asking for. If you get overwhelmed in these type of stores -- go to this one. They will certainly help you out. Never have had this type of service in a San Antonio home improvement store.

Tristan and Will are awesome! They are very helpful and made my purchase very easy. Tristan went out the way to help with my first purchase of a gas grill and to get propane tanks. The staff are usually knowledgeable and very helpful. This store appears to be well managed.

Noah was so kind and greeted us immediately! He noticed that we looked lost. He assisted us with all the purchases we needed. He was very patient and showed that he was genuinely interested in ensuring all of our needs we met. He also mentioned the promotion that you had on the portable AC units. Our only negative comment is about Susan. She was wearing a white hat in the self checkout. She was extremely rude to several customers and to associates.

Yesterday upon approaching Jason- (7/11/21; 420 pm)- Customer Service he denied Home Depot honors any price match guarantee with the named local major home improvement box store. He didn't ask for the picture of the competitor's bar code and identical product description I possessed. From home I called Home Depot seeking the store manager- IT IS NOT ON THE RECEIPT- Jason answered the phone. Again, without any inquiry he denied Home Depot honoring any price match with local competition. Today, the store manager- Andrew - affirmed the price match policy. No adjustment offered.

Store has everything you need

I love that at this Home Depot I am always greeted and offered help. Employees are easy to find and I rarely have to wait for assistance. Also, Nina is an awesome cashier…seek her out :)

Always a very good selection of products, the garden area is very well taken care of, all associates are friendly and helpful

Cadence in the Garden Center was amazing! She saved me so much time and took the initiative to start my cart- approx 20 items as I went in for paint. When I got back she simply added my paint to the order and easily saved 5 minutes for me. Great customer service is still out there and she made my day! Great job!

Associates initiate contact to see if customers need assistance. Store was neatly organized and well stocked.

HORRIBLE customer service. Deliberately rude cashier in customer service area intentionally ignored several customers and would not even look at us. RUDE! Other employees in the area were more interested in flirting with each other and also ignored customers. I felt like I was in the "employee break room" and not welcome. Only one young man offered any assistance at all. Unreal. I have shopped this store for years but will now drive the extra distance to Boerne where they understand customer service and basic human decency!.

Friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of the way to help

I needed a garage door and motorized opener. I called the other home improvement store-hung up on me twice. 'Called De Zavala location; got transferred to windows/doors; Howard answered and helped me and advised I come in-I did; he helped me right away. Note: I had to pass the other store to get to Home Depot. It was worth it.

Awesome place and knowledgeable staff. Nick & Elijah definitely the best in customer service
