This is just the BEST one in the whole chain. For YEARS I have been treated like a king by EVERYONE...IT compares to Sewell Cadillac in customer service...really !

The Managers and staff at this store was awsome. They are friendly and very helpful. Even in the July forth eve, they still very patience and go beyond to help me one of the very last customers find what I need .... I am grateful for their help and supports. Thank you!

It was awesome experience visiting the store and buying our first ever appliances.

The place I a mess, the employees are either rude or have no idea the products they sell.

I needed help with sprinklers and no one came to help, literally was about to get the manager. Luckily the cashier Bryan came to answer my questions and actually knew a few things. Pretty smart young guy, surprised he knew a few things. He's the reason why this store is getting a decent rating

Bryan was so helpful:) He told me the difference between the types of grasses and didn't need to call anyone else.

Usually I get the help I am looking for but finding help is not easy. I wish there are phones in every two aisles to call for help

The Home Depot store in Plano is well set out with wide isles for easy access, signage is excellent helping to find items easily. Staff are helpful, polite and the general cleanliness of the store is very good making an all round good shopping experience.

An employee, Joseph Battino who helped me today's shopping is awesome on helping and share his valuable time for me. He assisted me to find out exaclty what I'm looking for and provided me lot of his time to purchase products and guide me how I get accepting products to be delivered for this purchases in near future. I appreciate his working for my shopping and It's the best ever shopping experience in entire stores.

This is a pretty good place, I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff, for several years here. During all this time, I cannot think of one time that I was dissatisfied or a problem that they could not resolve. Some of the older guys that work there are pretty good, there are a couple of them in there that pretty much know everything... it's hard to stump them.

The personnel at the 121 and Ohio store are awesome...they are enthusiastic and friendly, knowledgeable and very professional...

The Home Depot on I-35 and Sycamore School Rd in Fort Worth is the Best! I literally pass other Home Depots stores to get to this one! Tessa's team of Experts at the pro desk make the difference ! Thanks Michael Q for putting the right people in the right place this show good leadership!

This store has a lot of knowledgeable and very helpful employees. Unlike Loews you can always find someone to help.

If not this bad experience,I would rate it 4 starts. I bought a light hanging kit including a pole and 25 clips one week ago. When I hanged over almost all clips, the pole was broken. It can't go back after extension. So I wanted to repalce the pole only. When I explained to the service, another employee rushed over and shout at me " You can't return because you don't have the clips!" I didn't want to return. I only wanted to repalce the pole, I didn't need the clips. I can give you all the clips of the new kit. To my surprise, she said loudly "whatever,just no!" And then left. So the first guy who service me said sorry to me, he can't help me. I knew Homedepot has the right to refuse to return anything anytime. But this is so wierd and upset. I went to this store several times a month for years. The guys there are helpful and friendly. I seldom return something. She is simply the rudest employee I met in all the home improvement stores.

This home depot have the greatest employees to assist you with any needs. The store is always clean and orderly. You can always find the products in the different department isles.

Manager here sold item I was travel 40 minutes to pickup and I had to vote first. Crew was outstanding and tried to make up for managers mess up. Manager sold a $20.00 clearance item and now has a bad score instead of holding it like requested. I hope it was worth it to him to do this.

Poor store experience lazy employees and management as well (Rob) This is an all time low for this store they really need to hire competent managers. The store seems to run on its own.

Great store and location! The store staff is knowledgeable and very courteous.
