No help from any employees. I had to drag a latter across the store, passing multiple employees as they watched me to the paint section. Then the ladder wasn’t high enough to access the up-stock above the spray paint so I had to climb the shelves to get a box of spray paint while the paint guys watched me. When I made the comment to them that the Home Depot ladder works great they laughed at me.

We had wood cut for a mattress platform. The measurement was accurate and the cut perfect.

Went in to buy a tool chest and the department head was assigned to a register. Took 20 min of paging and walking around to find someone to pull the unite from the back. Home Depot mailed a coupon to me that the computer system didn’t recognize so they needed a Manager on duty to put in the discount. It took 45 min for the manager to come up to the front. When she didn’t the cash told her I was waiting 45 min and she didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize. Before I came to the store I made sure that they had what I wanted in stock. I thought it would be a quick in and out but it took over 90 minutes to buy something.

I'm so happy that all the items are available in one place.

Maois and James at the Plano Ohio drive store helped me puzzel in 200 bucks worth of dirt plants and pots into my little red Escape. I really appreciate the great customer service they had three flats behind me at the register!  My cashier Kashi called when i asked and they came helped me straight away!

I have been using this HD location since 2000. It is one of the "example HD locations" for knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and caring staff. This location is an example of what to expect when shopping at HD.

A big shout out to Valerie Rothdeutsch at #0527, Plano TX location for providing exceptional customer service to me and my husband today. She made our shopping experience so much easier and pleasant from the start to the end. She patiently answered every questions we had in detail, giving recommendations, picking and lifting heavy materials for us, checking out... We truly appreciate her kindness and positive attitude especially during this difficult time. Thank you, Valerie!

I rented a rug doctor and cleaned it. The associate never mentioned anything and when i check my receipt, I had been charged cleaning fee. It was an obvious lie because I took effort to clean the machine before I returned it.

The cashier was in tuned to watching his cartoon on his phone than paying attention to me as the customer. I purchased a bunch of small things and had to ask him for a bag to put the small items in because he went right back to his cartoon after scanning the items. I actually went back to this location tonight to return one of the items and the returns desk couldn't return it after scanning the receipt. Come to find out I was never charged for it.

Went into to but products for a remodel of a bathroom and was helped tremendously by an employee named Duane. He brought back my faith in people helping people. I'd recommend this store for anyone looking for home restoration hardware and if you have any questions about your project

Great employees at this location! Very helpful and knowledgeable on various projects and items. 10/10 recommend this store. If you need advice on your house projects, be sure to ask for Phil. He gave great advice on a concrete cleaning project.

We went into the store to buy a refrigerator. The salesperson greeted us rather quickly and took care of our purchase and we were on our way home.

Home Depot has been my favorite store since we purchased our home in 1999. They always have the products we need at low prices. They always have experienced, friendly, and courteous employees ready to assist, also.

Great products ... and even better knowledgeable and helpful employees! And the plant selection was great, too!

Syeta James made all the difference. She went above/beyond the call of service. I was shopping for new kitchen appliances and visited other local competitors. I made several trips to stores looking for Kitchen aide products and they were scarce in the entire area and other competitors said it was virtually impossible to get them over the next few months. However Syeta took down my contact information and constantly searched for the products and made it possible to get all items in 3 weeks!

We had excellent service from a very attentive cashier, Ambily, who took the time to get the sale completed on some fairly large trees we wanted, arranged for delivery and who suggested I sign up for a Home Depot Card , which saved up substantial money off the price.

The store is very busy but well ran. A shout out to Sherry at Customer Service for her guidance in finding what I needed during a very busy time at the service desk.

Thank you very much to the staff that continued to work through the snow storm we had in February 2021, and for going above and beyond by salting the entire parking lot which made it a much easier and safer experience while driving there. Store was very clean, and plenty of items in stock of what I came for (a shovel for snow). A friendly employee greeted me upon entry and directed me to exactly where I needed to go for the item I needed. I'll be coming back to this location.

The best service, from start to finish, I've ever had at any other Home Depot!

Needs to work on customer service. Plenty of associates around but none willing to help. First two I approached told me where to look for my item. Went to the aisle and looked for 10 min. Second associate I approached put cellphone to his head when I approached and walked away. Third associate I patiently waited for continued to walk away with female customer even after he had finished helping her. Cashier never asked if I found everything I was looking for. If he had, I would have replied I did not. What happened to the days when HD associate would ask if help was needed and would walk you to the item you were seeking?
