The Home Depot is excellent store for buy general products, construction, remodeling, house..... exccellent!

All the way up from the store manager down to the associates terrible customer service I spent an hour trying to get a return on an item that I did not have the original packaging on I was humiliated and disrespected by management and Mike the associates. They continue to talk behind my back and Mike Continued verbally attack me even after management told him to walk away. Store manager only cares about his bonuses not customer service because he refuses to accept returns without original packaging telling customers he's not able to resell the item and that's why he refuses returns

Leon was a very rude employee who did not want to be bothered by me asking him for assistance. He is the reason I had such a bad experience at this location.

GREAT PEOPLE IN THIS STORE AND SPECIALLY CASHIER VEJAI AND MANY EMPLOYEES WHERE VERY HELPFUL AND HONESTLY BETTER THAN LOWES WHICH THEY DON'T HELP AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE BUT HOME DEPOT ARE DIFFERENT THEY CARE AND THEY HELP TO BUY THE RIGHT PRODUCTS

Great Store and stuff.

The store was clean and orderly with all of the aisles well labeled. The staff was available for questions and knowledgeable about where things were located. The store was well-stocked with a variety of products including artificial Christmas trees and toys around Christmas time. Their are very reasonable.

We are first time home owners, and hence new to the whole renovations & project concepts. Anne from the flooring department helped us a lot. Pam from the tool rental department went above and beyond to make sure we were helped and we got the best out of our service purchased. we have had interactions with her a few times before, and she always was a very helpful person, but the last time we did she exceeded our expectations and went out of her way to help us. This is definitely our service experience in a very LONG time. thank you Pam

Sales people are talkative, which can be good, if the information is correct. Store is larger than the others in East Plano Tx, so it should have more parts... Nope, not necessarily. They have a lot more appliances on display than the others. Things to be aware of and this is applies to all HomeDepot stores 'regarding' appliances: 1) any major appliance is considered a 'special order', i.e. no returns 2) a connection kit (if needed) is required to be included at point of sales, you don't get a choice: - from the delivery checklist: "A new GE genuine dishwasher connection 'must' be added to the order at the point of sale." 3) if you want to 'not' use that connection kit... or if the connection kit cannot be used (example: it's not long enough), you must return that connection kit to the 'original' store where the appliance was purchased... regardless if you drive by 1 or more other HomeDepot stores on the way. 4) If you purchased the product to be installed, and upon arrival of the delivery the installer cannot complete the installation because something is not 'up to standard per their instructions' (this is not a code issue mind you), the installation will not be completed. NOTE: the 'standards' needing to be met are not given to the purchaser prior to deliver, but rest assured you can see them on the back of the form where the 'reason unable to complete installation' is filled out. This is my biggest 'chapped derrière' issue because I would have had that done prior to delivery. 5) HomeDepot has appliance installation instruction video and PDF online. The installer and the instruction may disagree on what is acceptable. But just so you know, the installer has the last word, because it's his license on the line. 6) but don't be dismayed, when 'you' get the situation corrected to their standards, 'you' can call for the installer to return... whenever that may be. 7) 'You' need to get all the exact specifications in place, before delivery, because the installers are not electricians, plumbers, or carpenters (their very words).... so you can pay them $59 to turn a couple of nuts or screw. So let's jump to some details to assist a newby that HomeDepot will absolutely befuddle you with: a) HomeDepot will not reuse any 'old' connector parts b) the GE connection kit has a 3ft supply connection. HomeDepot carries upto 6ft. If you need longer... TDB.. you get to rework your plumbing. c) if the drain/discharge line length to the garbage disposal (or whatever) needs to be longer than 8 foot... forget getting the part at HomeDepot... go to contractor plumbing store and get the 'good' stuff, not this little plastic then from GE. I've learned my lesson with this escapade... be very cautious of buying major appliances from HomeDepot.

I always receive outstanding service from this location. Employees are always helpful and engage the customers to make sure they are available to assist. Had an absolutely fantastic trip today, on Black Friday on op of everything else.

If you are a pro/ contractor, you need to utilize the pro desk. Ron, Henry, Vanessa, Caroline, and Brian. All top notch.
