Store staffing are acknowledging and friendly they care about customers time during check out

I shop that Home Depot almost daily, and I am finding fewer and fewer experienced, knowledgeable associates to assist me.

This store consistently makes you wait for someone to grab the keys to the propane cage and perform a propane cannister swap. It's not uncommon to wait 10 or 15 minutes. This last time was 20 minutes. They are ridiculous!

I visited the store today and Frank in tool section was very helpful and knowledgeable during a sale for high demand tools. He was able to multitask helping multiple customers at one time. Cat in the self check out has always been a friendly face and a great problem solver. Two other employees were happy and singing along to the store music with me.

We were quoted a water heater with installation fee $1220, plus possible around $200 city fees and other charges. We accepted the offer. The final installation charge is $1955，much higher than we expected. The water heater is $559, plus $46.12 tax. So the installation charge is $1349.98. The itemized bill shows a $323 of gap with the total charge of $1955.1. From the itemized bill a location fee is charged for attic, basement and stairs, but our water heater is installed in the garage level.

Came to Home Depot today and had a great experience with Anthony Handy. He was very informative and helpful with our questions and needs. Left a great impression and definitely recommend his expertise!

This store is clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I noticed only certain employees doing most of the work. Everyone needs TEAMWORK!! Hats off to Sherry (cashier by pro desk). She is very helpful despite being bogged down with customers.

Times I've been to this location, service has been underwhelming. Employees do not greet you nor offer any help. You have to go and hunt one down if you need help and good luck with that. There is too much merchandise dumped out on the sales floor making it hard to navigate your way around the store and impedes trying to easily find what you are looking for. Other stores (HD & L) in the surrounding area that offer much more pleasant shopping experiences.

I was seeking assistance with a return because the product I purchased would have killed my lawn. The person I spoke with understood the situation and assisted me with obtaining a refund for the product in the form of a voucher for the price I had paid.

I find this home Depot has friendly employees and is usually well stocked.

Jay- Paint dept. has helped me several times & exceeded my expectations every time. He is outgoing but never pushy. He is always smiling and appears happy to help anyone in need, customers & staff included. Jay is patient & explains things thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand, never patronizing. He clearly knows his stuff & is happy to share is wealth of knowledge to make sure we have a great experience in the store & when we leave. Valerie- flooring/ blinds- was also very knowledgeable, helpful, patient & kind. She followed up when she saw me later in the store to ensure I had found everything I needed, seeming very happy to help if I’d hadn’t.

the associates at this store are the best in the Dallas area. So helpful, friendly and professional. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a great shopping experience. I just had some custom blinds cut and could not be happier.

Today's visit was a tie-down strap, a Coolaroo outside shade, and a weed eater replacement cap, but I needed help to clarify pricing on the shade post-sale. Kiersten met me at the customer service desk and she adjusted the pricing after PATIENTLY taking time to understand my situation. Interactions like this make this store my default stop even though it's a little further out of my way. If you're there on the weekends and you need help, ask for Kiersten and she'll square you away real good!!

Associates Jay and TJ were awesome helping my husband who is a stroke survivor, pick out and cut the wood for his project. Since my husband is unable to verbalize and has right side weakness, he needs a lot of help. They both helped him select the wood he needed and Jay was so patient with him in making all the cuts he needed. My husband was go grateful it brought tears to his eyes and mine too. Jay also helped us load the wood in the car and another associate who was off the clock helped too.

I've been shopping at this Home Depot for years. The employees are amazingly friendly and helpful. Been to other stores but this Home Depot is my #1 store to buy what I need for my projects for home, garden and repairs.

I am new to Texas and find that my most recent shopping experience was a delight.I got greeted at the door and asked if I needed any assistance. Help desk directed me to the right place. Staff helped me find sales. The cashier was as sweet as can be and I was even asked if I needed help to my car. You can't beat that!

I had two hoses fused together. I was just about to throw them both out when I decided to take them to Home Depot to see if they could help. Two young men helped-Landon tried to get them apart to no avail. Saif cut one apart and put a new end on it-had no idea you could do that. The one hose was leaking anyway so that one we tossed. But my second hose has a new lease on life. Thanks guys!

Joseph Battino in the appliance department is top notch! He knows his stuff and can help guide you to making a smart decision! This is my 2nd visit for major appliances because of him and I have been VERY satisfied with my purchases!

Maryann in Flooring/Appliances was the best! So helpful as we navigated their website with very specific needs for a dryer!

It's always a pleasure to shop at my local Home Depot vs the competition. Home Depot has more of the products I'm looking for and often better prices plus help if I have questions is readily available

We were trying to make a $300+ purchase on my new HD account. We knew what we want-doorbell, security camera, Christmas lights, etc. but needed help getting all the products. Because of all her help we left the store ecstatic!!! THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!!! Don’t get me wrong other employees were polite and courteous, but Sindy went WAY above and beyond. Thank you Sindy :)
