clean store. Lots of precautions to be safe. most all customers I saw were also took all precautions too. Quick help even the associate did not belong to that department. Most of this people are fairly knowledgeable, courteous and did not waisted time in unusual conversation. Thank You. P. S. :I would like to give 4 and 1/2 star .But I do not know how to do that.

Sales representatives and cashiers at this Home depot Location , and very informative and helpful in finding the right tool/ item for my needs. We Never get such help and information with online purchases over the internet / online stores only.

We had to return a rug that was ordered online and not what we wanted once it arrived. It was so easy to plop it in the SUV and go to our closest Home Depot and return it. There were multiple people at stations ready to help us, the cashier was very efficient and friendly and it has highly motivated us to continue to shop online with Home Depot. They do a really great job, both online and with any necessary returns.

Awful customer experience. Associate named Nick and Alysa were very rude and unprofessional. They told me to call manufacturer for a defective paint brush Alysa was laughing at me the entire time while I was trying to understand why they wouldn’t honor my exchange.

Really good employees that care about their customers. They go that "extra" mile in customer service!

Clean store

Absolutely one of the best place for your construction and hardware requirements. Garden center is well stocked. Fruit tree and other trees ,vegetables seasonal flowers and all well stocked with verity and good quality. Lumber dept. is also good. You lost one star because some times it is hard to find help. Staff is not only helpful but very friendly.Pest control chemical area seems to be congested. Thank You

Store manager was kind of rude to reject my return on a defective product purchased today. Worst part wast that she wasn't interested in learning how this product was defective. I've been shopping here often in the past but today would be the last time.

Your store is all ways clean. I find your associates to be very helpful when I have I need for some thing. I go to your store several times a week. your associates tell me I live in the store all the time every one knows me very well. I only go to the Home Depot on Ohio and Hwy and Hwy 121.

This store has consistently outstanding service from its employees. It has become my favorite store since moving into this area 20 years ago. The store is always clean, products are easy to find and, if I need help locating an unusual product, the employees always know right where it is.

I've visited two times in the past week. Both times in different departments employees were less than helpful. One seemed as if he couldn't care to be there, the other in the paint department was actually rude. Paint match did not work even though I had a sample large enough cut out of my wall for the match. Customer service goes a long way Home Depot. Take a lesson from your cashier Joe, who is over 80 years old but extremely friendly and helpful. He was a bright spot in the store during my visit.
