The store is clean and organized. Employees are nice and helpful.

I was unfortunate enough to meet Home Depot's absolutely WORST employee, Nick Olson. Nick Olson, while on duty stocking shelves, boisterously and rudely accused me taking a shopping cart that was not my own. "Sure, you can take that cart. Thanks for asking", Nick sarcastically yelled. On the contrary, I brought that particular shopping cart into Home Depot and was using it on my shopping trip. Nick refused my explanation and stormed off, continuing to yell at me, making a scene noticed by many other customers. Nick apparently wanted to claim the shopping cart as his own, likely to use for shelf stocking. Ironically, the very accusation that Nick made against me was what he hypocritically was attempting to do to me: steal a shopping cart. I was not really too concerned about the shopping cart, but Nick's words, tone, and actions toward a customer were obscene. Nick's behavior toward me was wholly inappropriate, even from one human to another, but more-so from a Home Depot employee to customer!

If you need items from Home Depot come to north Miami Biscayne location they are helpful. Thanks

I was just yelled at to "MOVE" "GET OUT OF THE WAY!" When asked the employee to give me a minute to pick out my product, he got in my face like he wanted to fight saying "What'd you day?! Huh?!" I felt like I was about to be jumped and attacked by this Home Depot employee. No name tag. I did speak to the manager but my advice is to stay away from this Home Depot at all cost! Biscayne Blvd right beside Steve's Pizza.

Sharon, the cashier associate, was amazing. She was so friendly and just a delight. That not seen here a lot in Miami and I was surprised and very pleased. I would return to the store again, even though I am closer to the one in North Miami Beach. Although she was pleasant, that was it the case for all employees. At least my visit ended on a very good note! My four stars is because of the other employees but they were not rude just very direct and seemed busy, which they could have been but at least be personable.

Placed an order for delivery for item that was instock at another store. Delivery date was changed with out any notification. Delivery was not made and driver said no one was home, which was a lie. After numerous calls, we were told item was never pickedup, item was picked, order had been cancelled. Very difficult to get a straight answer.Did go online to check status and it still shows it out for delivery. If I had know it was Estus who handled delivery, never would have ordered. Last large order, they lost 25 boxes of tile for 10 days on their loading dock

The store was pretty organized and clean and the employees treated me good and were very helpful specially the cashier Yolanda that really went out of her way to help me out when I forgot my debit card and only had my gift card with me at the time. She didn’t rush me at all and made sure to take care of the other customers at the same time. As it is she took her time to help me grab the more important things on my cart and made sure i stayed within my budget. The other items weren’t important enough for me to go back right away or I also could have gone else where to buy them but since my experience was so good I for sure will be going back to that specific store to buy them. By far the best experience I’ve had at Home Depot.

Store receives good scores in presentation and product pricing. But if you cant find something you need, Good luck trying to get help from the one person who seems to know what the h*** is going on because they usually have about 4 customers following them around the aisles. Everyone else tells you that this isn't their aisle and points to the poor, overworked, employee with the 4 people following him/her around. Also, have the staff keep the front of house aisle clear. You get customers jamming up the flow with their heads up their rectums . Because no one is telling them to keep moving, or where to stand to keep the aisle clear for others to pass thru. And why aren't more employees cross trained? Don't get me wrong, this is my Home Depot and I appreciate the hard working staff there but it's a reflection on management when they misdirect a customer to the wrong aisle or not accompany them directly to what they need.

This Home Depot has employees who are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, check out is not only a breeze but very well organized.

Today I bought a Phillips led full color light bulb to replace one that burned out after only a few months of use. When I got home to open the package a cheaper GE light bulb was inside the package instead of the $17 bulb i expected. Now I have to wasted my time and take this back. Someone at that store is a thief.

I hope that German gets Recognition for going above and beyond to help me find not one, but two products that I was looking for and no other HD had in stock. He gave me excellent customer service. German was persistent in searching for my product, as he looked in 3 places at your store to find it. That kind of service is what makes a store of pleasure to shop in.

Shay in appliances and Evelyn in customer service were THE BEST

Excellent customer service from Mirian Cruz from Appliances department. Super knowledgeable, gave us full attention the two times we went there even without guarantee we would actually end up buying. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. Also the customer service is always super helpful and quick with returns, there was never a problem. Just another reason to keep coming back.

I was helped by Martine who took the time to show me what I was looking for, It is very time consuming trying to navigate large stores looking for specific items while pressured to accomplish tasks and exhausted from a full day of work, Martine made it easy for that I am grateful, she went out of way with a smile no less, that has prompted me to take the time to say to Martine thankyou for a job well done.
