The North Haven store has very nice and helpful employees from the customer service desk to the people in different departments. There are more people to help lately which is much better than in the past.R

This store is always neat and clean and is easily navigated to enable customers to easily find what they are looking for.

OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

We visited the North Haven Home Depot on a Friday night at 9:00 p.m. The employees we encountered were genuinely polite and asked us if we needed help - all the employees. We picked up an on-line order and were treated with respect and patience from the cashier to the help we received loading the flooring into our vehicle.

The store has a good layout and is easy to maneuver around. The people are very friendly and helpful. I have a long relationship with this store since it opened and continue to return because of the quality of the material that I need and use. I also enjoy catching a good deal once in awhile.

The staff is always helpful and willing yo help out if you need a hand.

Store is clean, well stocked and the customer service at check-out is very friendly.

Store #6201 is close by our facility. It's convenient and always has everything we are in need of. Thanks for the great service.

I shop at Two Stores North Haven & Hamden And they both are net and clean.

Customer service dept is unfriendly snotty and unwilling to do their job. I had to call and get the information then she argued the info was wrong. I told her to try it and it worked. No apologies from her. In this store the customer is wrong no matter what.

WELL STOCKED, good clearance values

they are generally doing a very good job. I no longer shop at their big competitor, even tho it is half the distance from home. Its obvious most of the employees are happy and motivated (and I'm sure its their selection and training, and not my handsome face)

I wish the store was larger this store has been around for a while and Ii think it needs to be remodeled. I don't think it has a much merchandise as the Wallingford store.

I was able to find everything I needed today at this store. The staff were friendly and greeted me on my way in.

The best store and I will drive out of my just to get the friendly service and how they take the time to not only help you find but also tells you the hows.

Great staff that is knowledgeable of their items. The seem to have a better plumbing selection than nearby Home Depot stores.

PEOPLE WERE GREAT THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

I brought an electric lawn mower today at Home Depot in North Haven, Ct. I was impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of Doug who was the associate who assisted me. He helped to make sure that the box contained the mower, charger, and battery. He helped to bring the heavy box to the cashier. When the price that rang up did not match the sale price, he retrieved the shelf label for the cashier. He then helped me to load the mower box into my van. This is the best experience that I have had purchasing a heavy item at a home improvement store!

What does it take to purchase and install a front door from Home Depot? We’ve been trying since May. We have visited the store at least 4 to 6 times, taken at least three days off of work for the people to come out and measure and then measure again because the first measurement was wrong. We waited over a month for a special order which finally arrived and the door does not fit! We spoke to the manager who said he would call the next day to update us and he took the day off and we never received a phone call. We contacted the customer care line and were told that someone will get back to us. We have been lifelong customers of Home Depot and are so frustrated by the lack of concern. All we wanted was a beautiful front door that we selected to be ordered and installed. The process has been a nightmare. And the stores way of rectifying this is to refund our money. Never mind the countless hours and weeks that have gone by with us having to call, visit the store again and again to finally getting a door that does not fit. Does Home Depot care about it's customers? We used to think so and now are not so sure.

I most cases I am able to find the product that I was looking for and when I needed assistance there was an associate available to provide the information on finding it. The store is always clean and tidy with signs to show where the different products are, and the associates are available for further assistance.

Mr Phil in the Kitchen Cabinets area was the best!
