Always made to feel like I am stealing st this building I don’t get that in the Wallingford store I will not be bavk here but will always go to Wallingford THIS NEEDS TO STOP HERE

First time home owner since 2022, I'm constantly at HD and find what I need for all the projects the house has for me.

I went into the store on a busy Saturday afternoon, knowing what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived in the tool aisle, that a Home Depot employee asked me what I needed help with, as opposed to me trying to track one down whatever is going on at the store should be acknowledged. The store was extremely busy yet they asked me if I needed help. As a small business owner, I can’t tell you the value that this provides. It’s nice for me to leave a review without any pressure because of my fantastic experience. Now, if people would stop using and justifying the lack of workforce as an excuse, we would all be in a better place way to lead North Haven, a Home Depot, you have trained your employees and you’ve got a great operating staff, all of which seem to want to be working at your location. I’m not sure what it is but whether it is incentive driven, your training of these employees certainly have gone above and beyond my expectation of the Home Depot. ( LISA R. had a great shopping experience, was greeted by no less than 8 employees, some just walking down the hallway....they said Hi, and asked if i needed any help. this was just a great day and wanted to share

We were treated with amazing customer service from Renae, one of the store managers. All of the employees we interacted with were kind and polite. We left with a successful purchase and are excited for our renovation!

I was dealing with a time sensitive project and spent hours in East Haven looking for an item with various CSR. I ultimately was told although the E.Haven store was showing 2, they couldn't be located. I drove to North Haven Home Depot and a CSR name Jaqueline not only looked up the item, she told me where it was, showed me where it was, climbed a ladder to get it, and rang me out within minutes! She was kind, sincere, engaging, funny, and most of all attentive to my situation and bad experience in EH.

Kitchen design services are amazing! You really know you are getting a great product and the designers really do care about the customers sitting in front of them-extremely knowledgeable. Way to go Chris Giglio!

If you use Home Depot, use north haven it’s just u actually get a service rather than just listening to someone who Doesnt know what they’re dealing with at other locations. Plus they help you till the end and Satisfied.

Every time I go to the the North Haven location there are helpful and knowledgeable employees ready to assist.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tom in the appliance department. I would definitely go back to see him if I need anything else.

Recently my wife and i purchased kitchen count top, sink and refrigerator. It is good bargain 20% off counter top, my wife happy about price and product!! Also philip help us to find right meterial and excellent advice !! You guys great team. Appreciated all your hard work !!

I went in with a problem. Two propane tanks. One empty - needing to be swapped/refilled. the other was defective - needed to be replaced. I found out that these were two separate transactions - and I had to go to the Service Desk for approval. It was there I was introduced to Lisa Rapuano. What an amazing employee. She had several things going on at once - and was able to relax - focus in one me - quickly assess what my needs were and took care of them. all very calmly - very professionally. I had walked in stressed - now I felt GREAT. then superstar service person #2 came into the picture. Young Jay Jackson. One of the other employees was getting ready to walk with me outside to the propane tanks. Jay jumped right in - and volunteered to take care of it. I was so impressed with his "hustle" - his extra effort. we went out and he swapped out the tanks. WHAT an engaging - friendly - personable young man. Great attitude. Treated me like i was the most important customer in the history of Home Depot. I drove away - problem solved - feeling like a million bucks. In an era where this is so much negativity - these two superstars shone brightly. So much so that this is the SECOND review I have written - I went and filled out a company survey just so I could praise them. Then I got a link to this. Thanks Lisa! Thanks Jay! Home Depot should be proud of you - and I believe that both of you are headed for great things professionally.

Always the best service at the prodesk!!

I purchased some items from Home Depot that I didn't necessarily need. Forgot what I did with the receipt. Service Desk did not hassle me about it but issued me a store credit for future purchases.

My company purchase a lot of plumbing materials store is always stocked . Employees are always helpful

Needed help getting a bundle of 4X4 down. 2 cashiers were very rude and lazy about even trying. I understand they can’t get it down. But they can call someone. Didn’t need to walk all the way across the store just for someone to page. Proved this by the cashier calling the next one to warn them I was going to ask for help. I know this because cashier 2 took call while I was there… if you are too lazy to page someone and just want to eat. Go home and let someone work

I went to Home Depot for carbon monoxide detectors and I was greeted by Lissette and she helped me find what I needed and cashed me out too. I got exactly what I needed and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. The store also had a variety to choose from as well. Best Home Dept around.
