Rented the truck and was pleased to find two helpful Home Depot handlers loaded the cart with 12’ & 16’ 2x10” boards and then helped bring to front and load the truck. Not a one man job. Being 70 years old, I appreciated the help. Thank you James and colleague.

Daniel as well as all of the staff I spoke with during my visit reinforced my choice to keep using Home Depot stores. This recent visit was the best I’ve had at any home improvement store. It’s rare that judgement is not passed on to me due to my age compared to the traditional demographic at a home improvement store. This experience truly made my day.

Everyone at the store is always happy to help. They see me often and every time remember me and ask how I’ve been they know where things are and are efficient at helping me find whatever I need that day.

From the time we walked in all the way through check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. We encounter a little bit of trouble with the self check out register but Stephanie R was there to quickly help us with the check out with a big smile.

We found the Lumber department team super helpful, specifically Rob. He helped us find undamaged trim and got it cut for us so we could take it home.

I didn't know until a recent trip that employee assistants would load heavy water bottles into my SUV or spend 5 minutes explaining why I should buy the exact lightbulb that fit my needs. I go to Home Depot, but this last experience was exceptional in their attitudes, efficiency and helpfulness.

Krissy from self-checkout was very helpful with my pumpkins. However, the person assigned to aisle 15 was very difficult to locate, even after 2 attempts over the speaker. Noone ever came to assist me to cut my blinds. This all took place on the evening of October 3, 2023.

I came in and associates were on the floor and asking "if we needed help". Store was clean and most items where in stock and in there place. I'm surprised and pleased.

The store never lets me down. they keep everything in stock. The best clearance section.
