Is really neat and clean store and the employees are so nice and helpful and the store got everything you ask about.

I recently purchased a new home and have been spending a fair amount of time at home improvement stores. Overall, I have had a very good experience in all the stores, but, I can say, without hesitation, that my trip to the Home Depot in North Haven, was by far the most pleasant.

Unfortunately I did not have a good shopping experience. No one answered when I called for curb-side pick-up, my ID was not checked when I picked up my online order, and I ended up receiving the incorrect item. One would hope that during these times that stores are doing their best to keep customers satisfied.

Store assistant manager Barb was very rude, I don't know how she could treat customers the way that she did towards me and still have a job there .. someone needs to talk to her.

Rude people working there. No respect.

This store is always clean and well organized. The employees here are always nice and willing to help in anyway they can.

We are doing a major home renovation and found Home Depot to be very helpful in our planning and material selection. High quality at competitive pricing, with a military discount to boot!

Had a problem (undetectable manufacturing defect) with a large item delivered to me, and the Home Depot manager immediately arranged to have the problem item picked up and replaced with another one (same make and model, sans problem) the very same day. Never had a problem getting the right people on the telephone to report the problem to, or getting action taken to solve it. An unusually high level of customer service and responsiveness. Thank you, Home Depot staff at the Universal Drive store in North Haven, CT.

It's not so much the store it's the Pro Department Staff. Their Customers Service is impeccable! Like they really present a caring and concerned attitude regardless how they are treated.

Larry at the Pro Desk and his team of employees go above and beyond to make your purchase at Home Depot very smooth. They are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. Highly recommend. 5 Stars

Danger, sells factory second appliances without notice of same. We had the worst appliance buying, and the worst remodel experience ever with this store. They don't know anything - Home Depot is strictly a sales agent for a Factory-second job lot operation. Home Depot can neither service nor support anything they sell. it's strictly a commission operation designed to trick consumers.

The North Haven Home Depot associates were a great team helping me with a large seasonal purchase.We filled up 3 pallets and they stayed with me until the bill was paid. They set the order up for will call and helped with the payment. From the moment I walked into the store until I made the purchase and left, they were there for me. It was a positive experience because they were knowledgeable, personable, and all around fabulous!

This is a great store to shop. The employees are always friendly, and somebody almost always approaches you to ask if you need help finding something as soon as you come in. The store is well organized, and rarely are the things you came for unavailable. The people who work in the various departments know their products and know when you are in their area, so they check with you to see if you need help. This is not a store where you have to search the building to find somebody who works there. Checkout is the same. Friendly staff who greet you with a smile and have you on your way in no time.

The lady in the returns has no clue what to do and said lower your voice when I was just talking normal to her. I highly recommend no one ever goes to that store for anything to do with returns

Anthony my sales associate went beyond the call of duty to satisfy me. He had to retrieve a pallet from the top rack with a fork lift 4 pm on Black Friday . All this for a twenty dollar item . Anthony made my day,Thanks Anthony ! !

I have 3 stores equal driving distance from my home. I prefer North Haven to New Haven and Wallingford because of the help I recieve.

Store 6201 was one of, if not, the first Home Depot in the state. While I shop at other Home Depot stores, the North Haven store remains my favorite.

North Haven Customer Service is the best!

the overall nice, polite, and helpful people at home depot is one of the attractions of your store. Over the years I've gotten to know so many of your employees that have every single time been alert,alive, and helpful. Their training has a lot to do with this I'm sure. I don't think they are always, every day in a happy frame of mind, although you would never know it. I have been a customer of the store since it opened many , many years ago.

There are two employees that went above and beyond with helping me get windows and baseboard. Thank you Frank and Jen for being so kind and helpful. Jen was outstanding by getting four windows for me that were on the top shelf. She was fast, determined, and extremely kind. Frank helped get baseboard for me and loaded up everything into my truck. You two are outstanding and I really appreciate all your help. Home Depot, keep hiring employees like them! I’m looking forward to returning.

Not sure when they did this but all of the handicap parking is now at the far end of the parking lot near the loading zone for contractors. REALLY? Who's bright idea was this, obviously not someone who is handicapped! Now I have to park 300 to 400 feet from the entrance to get to the handicap shopping carts. It was quite dangerous walking in this contractor area with their big trucks zipping buy in a hurry to get back to their job. The drivers were not happy to wait for me to cross in front of them slowly hobbling by. If you are going to keep that area for handicap access it needs to be safer with a painted cross walk and signs to give pedestrians the right of way, and the electric shopping carts should be right there at that entrance, not at the other end of the store!
