Home Depot is a great store to get all of our needs for remodeling. The crew is very professional. The store is always clean and well stocked

The store has become little more than an over-cluttered warehouse. Cashiers stand around talking as lines build up on the only registers open... the self-service registers. God-forbid you are paying cash for your items... there are only two registers open that accept cash. The other two are credit card only. Of course, you'll stand online waiting for those cash accepting self-service registers while the credit card only registers go unused. The employee standing at the register offers to open a normal register and ring you out IF you are willing to wait until she assists the credit card paying customers figure out how to check themselves out. Let's not even discuss the ridiculous employees blocking overcrowded aisles as they harass little old ladies into opening Home Depot credit cards. There's a dozen more things that could be added to show how terrible the store has become over the past year. I'll drive a half hour further to reach another supplier from now on. Home Depot is now worthless to me. No one has time for such lousy service.

The Milford Home Depot is always clean and well maintained. There are always sales reps to help you find what you need. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They always have what I need, and offer a wide selection. Thanks for your courteous service it is refreshing.

A female in the paint dept. She went out of her way to help us decide what paint and paint color to get. She explained the colors that actually make up the color choices.

Slef checkout is the only option- if I wanted to self check out, I would shop online. Also impossible to find an associate to help you.

The store seem to be clean and stocked wellb the employees and customer service management experience was awful. They treated me like a thief, watching my every move. I felt uncomfortable and judged the whole time I was in there. BTW: I spent over $500. They seemed to be aggravated or annoyed with me when they were dealing with me at paint department and customer service. (Customer service did not wheel my cart out from behind the counter when ringing it up so it was left behind and the paint department got 10 gallons of paint mixed the wrong way so I had to come back the next day and get it redone, also no one felt the need to apologize) The cashier signed me up for credit card and lied about my income. I'll be going somewhere else when anything in my apartment building needs done from now on.

my experience with buying kitchen appliances was THE BEST! Gary was the absolute best salesperson for this department and helped us with all of the questions, concerns, doubts etc. He knows his products and he is not the typical sales guy just trying to make the goals! He cared about what I needed and what I could afford and he helped us to find GREAT appliances. I hated the thought of making these purchases but he made painless! I will definitely keep coming to this store for my needs!

We are at this Home Depot almost every evening getting what is needed for next day. We know the cashier Janet who is always very nice and helpful. I always find what I am looking for. Lowes use to be our favorite hardware, but in the last 2 years it has become this Home Depot. Thank you!

The employees have always been helpful! I just love this location! Sometimes I love to piddle around & sometimes I have a list of things to get! overall just happy!

I happen to like the store and have purchased several items which have been delivered. I don't like talking to sales associates that call me "honey" or "dear". I believe it is unprofessional and demeaning. I'd rather be called ma'am or by my name. After all when they introduce themselves I don't think they want me start calling them "honey" or "dear".

If your intent is to save money and minimize frustration while shopping for your project...go to Home Depot!
