Yvonne rocks! Very helpful. I always look for her when I need something. If she's not there then I get the run around if I can find somebody to help me.

The employees at this store were extraordinary. My wife and I received their full attention, they were personably, knowledgeable, far exceeding the level of service we've received at other stores closer to where we live. There seemed to be a "family" culture there that we don't see elsewhere. The experience that we had led to our decision to drive a distance back to their particular store to place an order for a John Deere S100, instead of going to stores that were closer to us. We highly recommend this store.

Both Ken and Dianna in the appliance department were extremely helpful in helping me decide on a new washer and purchasing it. I would highly recommend this store for all your appliance needs.

If you are looking for a major appliance;. I was in the market for a new refrigerator. Ask Dianna for help if she didn't ask you first. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She found the exact features and color I wanted and in stock too. New black stainless Samsung in my kitchen is going to be great! Thanks Dianna!!

Apparently masks are NOT required to enter. Nice hourly staff, but upper management needs to enforce safety rules. Blatant disregard by jerk customers who know they can get away with it at this location.

I swore I would not come back to this store because you always had to hunt someone down to assist you but I did. Yesterday I got good help and assistance. I am getting g my bathroom remodeled and Yvonne the cashier went out and helped us load vanity and floor tile in car. Seems like you could have lot attendants do the heavy work. She had to leave her register to do this. Megan was also very efficient getting people in and out of the shopping lines.

The Customer Service here is fantastic. I had horrible problems with a tub and surround that I had ordered to be shipped to that store. After three or four reorder attempts due to breakage, an incomplete order, or a missing order, the customer service spent hours helping me unravel the messes. Through it all, they remained persistent, courteous and patient. I am very impressed with Customer Service at the Milford store.

The employees at the Milford Home Depot do a great job of helping you with all of your home projects. If they don't have an answer to your question, they'll find another person who can try and help.

A clean store with all the things you need.

I find the associates very friendly and willing to help. They were all wearing their mask,and continued wearing them even while we were talking. The store is clean and easy to navigate.

I always have a good experience at the Home Depot in Milford, Ohio. I am always treated with respect, even when I need to return something. They are very good with quality and pricing on the products that they carry. They are very good when I need raw materials, tools, and fasteners. The lighting, and home decor departments do not have as much choice as some of their competitors. I did find their appliance pricing to be competitive and recently bought a new refrigerator and freezer from them.

I dealt with dianna in Appliances and she was incredible! If you need anything for your home she is the woman!

We asked 2 sets of 3 employees to help us and they continually sent us to the wrong aisles. From one end of the store to the other. No one was interested in helping us at all.

Almost always able to find what I need. Easy checkout and friendly associates. Very convenient to where I live.

While I was getting paint at the paint desk, an associate named Andrew was helping me. While he never said anything rude to me, he was very rude to his female coworker. He gave me the paint and I went and looked at brushes and the other employee, Haley, came and helped me with the rest of my needs. I really appreciate the extra effort she put it while still being very cheerful, despite having to deal with a rude coworker. She even came up to the register when they had an issue with pricing the paint! Excellent service from her, not so much the other employee.

Les in the Plumbing department is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to pick up 2 sheets of plywood 4 x 8 . But I needed them cut two ways to meet my project requirements. I was told no problem. Then after the first cut was made I was then told they could not do the second cut because it was less than 12 inches? Really! Said company policy? Don't make any since to me! I was not a happy camper. I could have let them eat the 2 sheets of cut plywood but I went ahead and purchased them. Wasn't that nice of me? My suggestion is If you need wood cut for your project, make sure they are straight up with you about cuts that's needed before you buy. Other than that all is good.

Always friendly, always helpful. In the unlikely event they don't have it in stock, they will order it and it comes in quickly.

Ken was extremely patient & helpful in trying to find us an in-stock refrigerator. It’s crazy how low inventory is everywhere during the pandemic! Cashiers are always friendly and helpful.
