I needed a better way to vent my dryer and an employee turned me on to a dryer box, which is so much better then trying to run the vent up the wall into the attic. I cleaned the pipe once and all the lent was collecting near the dryer and I was scared of a fire.

Sheri Dettmer in appliances was sooo friendly and helpful. Great service.

I shop this store 1 to 2 times a week. They are always friendly. If I need to find something all I have to do is ask.

The employees are very helpful. They took the time to explain the different in the in grass trimmer to my husband. Didn't rush him, treated him with very much respect. When you're in the 80's a lot of people don't want to bother with you. We were very happy with the store.

I had to get paint and the girl was so helpful. She answered my questions. Got the paint quickly.

Had to have a lot of ply cut for garage cabinets - a LOT of ply and cuts. Jesse was the guy who did it for me - took great interest and care to get the cuts accurate - really good energy and attitude. Then the cashier Janel made the gabillion ply cuts and other wood a checkout breeze. They both had really good energy and attitudes.. HD is lucky to have employees like these. My general experience with retail is that employees don't really want to be there - and anything beyond the absolute ordinary meets with bad energy. So I promised myself I'd take the time to compliment HD and their people - something I never do - but this time their effort deserved my reciprocal effort.

One of the difficult things to accomplish in very big stores like a Home Depot, is finding somebody who's willing to help you. Now, In fairness, almost any employee will tell you a general vicinity where product is. Old school customer support will take you to where the item is. This is exactly what happened when I asked Rick where product was. He didn't know but he was bound and determined to find out. Thanks Rick, job well done.

was really glad to find everything i needed to get my projects around the house done in one trip.Great job stocking material in these hard times.

Lars in Lumber went above and beyond to help us. He took it upon himself to get our order together. Even after his manager was being rude to him and speaking rudely to him.

We were there to buy 25 bags of mulch. Ashley, from the Garden Center, was phenomenal. She literally ran from car to car to help and did it with a smile on her face the whole time.

Mary and Brittney went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. I had a cart full of small products and materials to stock a new company van. It was well over a normal amount for self checkout. Mary immediately asked if I would like some help? I said that would be great and she grabbed another cart. She bagged and loaded the second cart as I scanned from the first. When it came time to pay the card reader malfunctioned. Mary tried everything and even enlisted the help of others. They tried Restarting the machine, trying to do it manually and nothing worked. This is when Mary and Brittney went above and beyond typical retail customer service. They hauled me to another register and unloaded everything and rescanned it all, reloaded it into the cart and even rebadged some that had torn. This card reader worked fine and I was on my way. Mary and Brittney were wonderful and very professional. Thank you again for all your help.

Great selection and great value

I went to Home Depot on Super Bowl Sunday because I knew that it would be a slow day. Although I knew what I needed, I needed some time to go through the store to decide on some last minute details. I also had my three-year-old with me, which can be difficult sometimes. When I walked in I was asked if I needed assistance. I told him no at the time but that I would soon. About 20 minutes later I went up to the cashier and asked if he page someone to the plywood department. He came immediately. They did not have the item that I needed in stock, so he found a second item that was the next level up and gave it to me for the price of the item I was looking for. Before I knew it my plywood was on the machine being cut. I turned around and I now had four employees helping me. I know to them they were just trying to get through an extremely slow day, but it was so incredibly helpful. We walked up to the cash register and I kept reaching for the cart so that I could pull it myself, but admittedly I did have my hands full with all three carts so I’m extremely thankful that they were pushing them. They waited for me during the checkout and then walked out to my vehicle. While I was loading my three-year-old up into the vehicle and buckling him, they loaded all of my materials into my vehicle. I know that I will not receive the same level of service every single time, but I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this experience. I have been telling everyone about it because it was so unique but also extremely helpful. Huge shout out to Dan, AJ, and Brandon! There was also one more employee that I did not catch his name, but thank you!!

This store is my favorite to shop at. I can always find what I need with the assistance of their friendly and helpful staff.

If you plan to purchase doors that need to be ordered or have questions about doors, do yourself a favor and talk to Keith! He is VERY knowledgeable and will help you feel much more confident about your decisions.

The Milford Home Depot Store and its employees are fine. That being said I have a major issue with the 5 year protection . It cost almost $400 and among other things, we are supposed to get a 50% rebate on water filters. Based on that we should be getting about $30 back from our purchase yesterday. I think the system is set up to NOT PAY you. You have to go online instead of just granting the rebate at checkout. My wife was told how to do it at the store, but it did not work so easily when we tried it at home. We spend about an hour on the phone with representatives to try to the the $30. We think we have made the application, but as of now, I am not sure. I sent them what they requested and have gotten no reply. Think long and hard about how much you want the protection plan. If it took this much effort to get $30; I can only imagine that having a major problem or repair would be much worse. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

ASKED 2 WORKERS WHERE TO FIND EXTERIOR LIGHTING. 1 WAS VERY RUDE AND STATED FOR ME TO FIND ELECTRICAL WORKER IN ELECTRIC AISLE. SIMPLY RUDE TO ME WHEN I ASkED POLITELY.

The employees at this location are knowledgeable on the products, pleasant and always very helpful. Plus, the store is clean well kept and for these reasons, it's my favorite store location in the area.

RICK!!!! Coach Rick helped me with finding garden plant brackets. He was so kind! He told TERRIBLE dad jokes (LOL) but I listened! Rick showed above and beyond customer service! He even asked me what my name was! I had gone to the Beechmont Home Depot and didn’t get the help I needed, and I traveled to Milford (first time customer here) and was so delighted in Rick! Please give him a homer award - he deserves it!!!!!! Also Wanda the cashier was GREAT!!
