This location is always very clean, employees are very helpful, and they always have what I need in stock. That’s why I continue to come back for anything I need.

This store is not enforcing the mask laws with either their employees or their customers. We will be going to Menards until this problem is fixed.

I have used this store for home needs since it opened. Having always found what I needed has me returning there regularly. Staff is always helpful and friendly. This store is conveniently located for whatever I might need.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

Rude employees and subpar selection of goods make for a horrible customer experience. Returns/online ordering issues are met with contempt after the customer waits in a long line (because their goods are below standard and a lot of people have to return them).

Associates are disrespectful when challenged with issues they do not want to deal with. Store stock is often limited and staff seem content just talking instead of addressing customers needs. When compared to other hardware stores, the experience is extremely poor.

Thank you so much for being open during these unprecedented and uncertain times. We have had a couple of emergency repair situations that had to be addressed immediately. I do not know what we would have done if our local Home Depot had not been opened to help us with not only supplies and tools but with helpful suggestions. Thank you so much!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff....when you can find them! Then they are GREAT!

We were stumped, we were in plumbing and feeling totally confused after days of trying to get our project finished, here comes Roger and he was amazing, he walked us through step by step and told us exactly what we needed to do to finish our project, honestly I wanted to bring him home with us so he could continue to help us. He was so knowledgeable and friendly.

I am an older person doing room by room improvements and do appreciate home depot's employees .They are friendly and know a lot about what they are selling . They will answer your questions or find someone that can . The store is well kept and well stocks, their prices are fair . I enjoy shopping there .

I went in to purchase big ticket items for main bathroom remodel, tub, 3 pc. wall, vanity, etc. I have limited knowledge in this area. Found a gentleman named Roger that works in the bath area, and was very knowledgeable in that particular area. He told me pros and cons of tubs that I was considering. He then proceeded to help me choose the right one for my particular install, along with needed accessories (faucets, shower hardware, etc) and installation supplies. He stayed with me throughout my visit to find, and ultimately purchase, needed items. This was about an hour and half that this gentleman spent with this novice explaining what, and how, certain items needed to be done. This was very much appreciated, and quite honestly, unexpected! I will certainly make this store my first stop for needed home improvement items!

ASSOCIATES WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FOUND US EVERY DISCOUNT POSSIBLE FOR THE BEST PRICE AROUND.

We've shopped here for over 15 years and never have had an issue. Today we spoke with Keith in the tool rental dept about insulation and the machine to blow into our attic. Keith was very informative, friendly and helped to organize a very large order for pick up.

The staff here are knowledgeable and very friendly. I appreciate how they go out of their way to provide great customer service.

Out of stock items. Lack of helpful associates and being hounded by cashiers to get a Home Depot Credit card. I used to love shopping at HD but, they have gone the WalMart route and have decided that I am the best cashier that they can afford and apparently associates cannot be bothered to check receiving to retrieve what you came there to buy. Once you do make it to check out, the cashiers insist that you "need" a HD credit card. I probably average going to HD once a week and they still ask me.

Had a great experience. I needed assistance in appliance and a young female in the paint department was so kind and called for assistance in appliances. Dianne came over to help me and was very kind and didn’t rush me even though she had a couple she was also helping. I’ve had experiences in the past where there was not enough sales associates to handle the customers in a particular section and they rushed me or were not pleasant. Thank you Dianne for making my experience buying a washer and dryer the best I’ve had yet!

No help finding items.Always have to self checkout as other lines are closed, even though people are standing around. I sometimes pass this store up and get materials elsewhere.

We can't say enough about this store. They are so friendly and know a lot about their products. We can always find someone who will help us if we need it. It is close to our home too which is so nice because we came from a small town and didn't have a Home Depot. Very satisfied with this store!
