We shop at the Lumpkin location because it is within three miles of our house. Everyone is friendly and I never have trouble finding an employee to locate a specific item. I especially love everyone in the paint department. The only thing I might add is to include a secure bicycle rack in front so I don't have to lock my bike to a cart corral.

Love this store and the service

INVENTORY is NOT properly maintained. The COMPUTER shows PLENTY of INVENTORY - in reality THERE IS NONE on the SHELVES. Each DEPARTMENT MANAGER should be responsible for making sure that the PHYSICAL INVENTOR Y is ALWAYS MAINTAINED, and that it matches that shown in the COMPUTER. If the INVENTORY reaches a MINIMUM CRTITICAL LEVEL - It should immediately be REPLENISHED. .

Always a pleasant experience when i go in there. Friendly, helpful faces and I always find what I'm looking for. The store is clean and I always feel like I can do what I need to do. I'll be back... probably later today.

Horrible experience with the evening Manager yesterday , not knowing how to take of its customers! By crediting an account even if it was purchased online? Wait a minute the online store is called the home depot and the actual store is called the home depot? Last time I shop here.

THIS STORE HAS MORE STUFF THAN OTHER STORES.PAINT PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

the store employees were very helpful and they helped me find the items I need. and there was a very nice lady behind the counter spent a lots of time helping find the right Items I need .. even though we didn't find the size I need on line but she was very helpful .. I wish I kept her name ...

Great store very clean and easy to find what you need

You can always find what you need there - sometimes it is more difficult because the store is old - but that is what makes it interesting - it is not pristine and cold. You can always get assistance and the associates are fun and helpful.

We were looking for a small refrigerator/freezer. There was no open floor model for the only one that seemed to fit our requirement. We decided to buy it but would have much preferred to inspect a floor model first. We needed it delivered with pick up and carry away of the used appliance (small freezer).We paid $79 for delivery and $20 for removal of the old item. When the delivery truck arrived the driver unpacked the new item but then refused to carry away the old appliance, stating he was a contractor , did not work for Home Depot and would not take away the old item. After much arguing, he finally said he would remove the item and carry it back to the store where we purchased the new appliance. He was not happy and the whole thing was a bad experience for all.

Another great trip to the Lumpkin address. It is always a pleasure to shop at this location.

Download the Home Depot App & you can find out exactly where your item is located. The ladies in the Paint Dept are very knowledgeable in helping you learn what supplies you need with different kinds of paint. The Checkers are very helpful.

Got excellent customer service - great attitude at this location. Very nice surprise.

I am always happy to visit this store, There is always someone available, friendly, and if unable to answer a question about a product. And if not, will summon someone who can provide that information.

Very friendly staff with great knowledge of the products Store

We purchased a washing machine from this Home Depot. In contrast to the other places we visited, the young man who helped us here, Max, knew the products on the floor, how they operated, and the pros and cons of each. He helped us to compare the machines and to find one that I think will work for us.

The appliance dept. has a nice selection of microwaves and dishwashers and that is what I was purchasing.

No associates were available and once I received assistance the associate was not well informed.

This is one of Home Depots smaller locations but it is also one of it's better run locations. The employees are courteous and helpful. This store has had some of the same employees for years and the quality of service and pride shows in their work. If you don't know what your doing and need some help, this should be your go to location.

This store has a lot of employee that are now friendly faces as they have been there a very long time. The store is easy to navigate and everyone is helpful. This is a great location and I truly enjoy shopping here.

have had repeated issues with unhelpful. even discourteous employees in this store. several instances of them playing on their phones and conducting personal business rather than being attentive to customers. if this wasn't by far the nearest home depot to me. i wouldn't shop at this one.

I loved my experience here at this location as it was on the way to my destination. The two employees at the paint department that I approached were just great, it was a woman and a young Hispanic man that made this experience great for me. Helped me with out and attitude to my common sense questions, that weren't common sense to me until I got out of there, since I hardly shop on my own for my self.
