I would give them 0 stars if I could, First of all, they hardly carry enough items in their inventory, especially paint. Then, their customer service is awful, the lady who mans the self-checkout was very disrespectful to us this morning while checking out and requiring assistance. When we asked for help, she kept on walking wo acknowledging us, we asked again and she turned around and yelled at us “I am waking over to this register to help you” she needs training on how to treat peoples, or definitely look for a job that she actually enjoys.

I occasionally have trouble finding something as we rebuild our flooded home but I have found the staff to be extremely helpful in locating materials or offering alternatives. As a novice the periodic sales have been an enormous help in acquiring tools and devices to shorten my learning curve and workntime.

THIS STORE ROCKS AND I WILL COME BACK

Every time I have gone in, the employees managing the self check out are conversing with other employees, or on their cellular phone. Also, I have overheard inappropriate conversations from the employees. Today I decided to report this issues through this survey.

This is my favorite home depot store.

Once again my DIY projects require I visit my favorite Home Depot location on Lumpkin Street. Great store with great staff. Really a pleasure to shop at this location. Well laid out and plenty of helpful staff.

My trip to Home Depot was the way shopping is supposed to be - all the sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. I will go there again.

Although this is a smaller store in comparison to most Home Depot stores, they have an adequate product mix that seems to fulfill the needs of most customers. Products are known by most employees and they can direct people to an exact aisle when asked.

We will always choose to go to the Lumpkin store as our first choice. The employees are friendlier. Probably the area that I have found perhaps lacking is lawn and garden from amount of product and available help. But the rest of the store is inviting. Because the store is one of the oldest and smallest there are times things are not in stock. I don't know how they can fix that but I hope they do . We will still always pick this store over a bigger newer one.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and the shelves were tidy. Not the easiest to find though, hidden behind a few other places.

Kedrick!! I will follow her where ever she goes. If she stays in customer service I will go wherever she is. Key not only told us where to go look for inventory, she walked with us. She was on us like glue. She wouldn't part ways until we had found everything we wanted. Now I know this type of service isn't always doable but she is a Rockstar. Don't let her go. I have been to this store for 16+ years and my husband isn't that impressed but today my love for it grew and his opinion changed!

Store #0571 Houston is local to my home and very convenient now that some local road construction has been completed. All employees that I have interfaced with are very friendly and helpful, especially when helping me find a particular product.

If you are a casual shopper and DIY'er like myself, this Lumpkin store is the best. The employees seem to have great tenure and seem to always be interested in your needs being met and that the task as you describe it, is attainable with the items your purchased. This is my favorite store of all the Home Depots that I have been in and that is a lot of stores in many cities and states.

Does not carry a wide selection of hard wood. Does not carry number one Southern Yellow Pine.

My husband brings home the surveys, and the last couple of times he has had a lot to say about your cashier Tonya. She has helped him load his truck the last couple of times because she said they didn't have a lot person. She has had him pull up and she walked out there helped him and went back to checking people out. The last time I went with him and her manager Bill and her loaded some windows for us. Thanks so much and please award her for being so helpful.

Nice store, and staff were helpful, instead of ignoring you like what happens in most box stores. Hope they keep it up!

At the time some remodeling was going on, however store was fully operational, staff was friendly, got immediate help and service, and check out was a breeze. Thanks Home Depot for your service.
