The cashier at self checkout told me if I didn't register my DD-214 on the website they will no longer give me a discount as I stated to her I appreciate the discount but you'll never get a copy of my DD-214

The associates at the service desk are very nice and respectful they helped me get what i needed and helped me place an order as well.

be careful when you make big delivery orders at that location as you might end up waiting and waiting and end up finding out that whatever you were waiting for has been sold or, as in my case, the item delivery was delayed by a month and no one cared to call you to let you know and when you try to cancel the delayed order they tell you they will hae to wait until the item arrives (a month later) before they can cancel it and refund you!!!!

This is my Home Depot for all of my projects. I usually find what I am looking for and, most importantly, I can find a knowledgeable store employee to assist me.

Everyone was friendly & helpful and the store was clean & uncluttered - items were easy to find. Thanks for the great experience!

Gunner in flooring was so knowledgeable & helpful. Jim had wonderful knowledge of appliances, plumbing, lighting and even took the time to help me pick out the right exhaust fans for each bathroom. If it wasn’t for these two outstanding men I would’ve looked around and then walked out more confused that when I walked in.

Delivery and installation of our new dishwasher is a complete disaster. We waited 3 weeks and it has not been installed. Talked to the Appliance Department and complained to the store management and they cannot give me a firm installation date. I learned that they use an outside contractor that could care less about customer satisfaction. Suggest you shop around and look at reviews before committing to buy from this store. There are several others close by. May want to hire your own installer.

They always have the product I need in stock. The employee there seem to be more helpful than other home depot stores.

Had a horrible experience. Employees were not helpful, had to return item due to getting the wrong orders and sizes. After giving them the correct information. Lack of knowledge and very slow service. This is second review, first review was not accepted. Customer experience, horrible.

Absolutely fantastic customer service the few times I’ve been to this store. Far better than the Lowe’s a couple streets over.

Watch your Refunds. 1. bought a hose w a cc. 2. hose burst & returned it. 3. 2nd hose burst- returned 4. Clerk said my cc cant find receipt due to return- so store credit. 5. Hose cost 35.98 they refunded 29.97! ( not on sale) Woman ahead of me had receipt and they shorted her too. They could not explain why, "its just what it does" I had to call corporate to get it fixed. Took my time to do it.

Easily found products I was looking for. The helpful store associate gladly answered my questions about the item I was shopping for. Aisles in the store were clean and presentable. Great attitude from store associates and thanked me for shopping with the Home Depot.

I really enjoy this store. I have always been able to find what I want and the employees are willing to help. Store is well organized. Cashiers are on top of things and proactively reach out to let a shopper know when available. Usually very little delay checking out. In the self check area, there is always someone to assist as needed, which is essential. On another visit, I spent a great deal of time talking with a sales person in the appliance dept who gave me lots of information about a fridge and a microwave, the sale that was going on, when HD usually has appliance sales, etc even though I had no intention of buying anything at that time. That was good customer service. She was very friendly and helpful. In January, another associate in the appliance department spent a great deal of time with me helping me compare appliances. Again, good customer service and good information.

The Spring Branch Home Depot has made great improvements over the last year. Associates are helpful, inventory is strong, checkout is fast.

The pro desk is under trained for phone sales. Be prepared to be on hold and deal with frustrated tellers trying to ring items up.

I have had excellent service each time I have come to this store, whether it is different departments and different sale clerks. And always able to find what I needed.

This is a great store because generally they have lots of inventory and they are usually not as busy as some of the other Home Depot stores. Customer service is usually great.
