thwe (swelling that wrong I am sure) was the most helpful nicest sales rep and restored my faith that customer service is important to some retailers. I will forever shop here as long as she is at this store.

An associate at the store whose name is Greg was friendly and took time to assist me in finding items that I needed. Ivvonne is also very friendly and willing to assist.

If you are looking for a Home Depot location that has the overal feel of a small hometown store, this location is a very good one. The people seem to have longer tenures and actually act like they want to help you instead of making every attempt to avoid eye contact. I've been shopping here for year and it is my favorite HD location. I enjoy my trip here and alway seem to find what I'm looking for plus a lot of what I wasn't but that's OK, I like it.

The guys in the appliance section for refrigerators/washer/dryers are excellent and very knowledgeable. The gentleman that assisted us was nice and knew each product along with the positive/negatives of each one. Really assisted us with making a final decision. Cashiers are not as nice inside but the ones that are outside at the garden center are very nice.

The cashiers here are very friendly (shout out to Brian) and I never had to go far to find an employee for assistance. And even though I returned 3 times in 2 days, I didn't find it tedious (the mistakes were on my end) and the layout is very nice. Overall, it's a good store, but I found it had friendlier employees than I've experienced in the past.

Wether you are a regular Lumpkin Home Depot shopper for your DIY projects or if it is you first time in the Lumpkin location you should find it very relaxing and easy to nagivate. It is a great location with tenured employees that are knowledgable about home repairs and the content in this store. I truly enjoy this store and the folks that work there.

I have been working on an art project and tried to get the materials and custom cuts done at Lowe’s. However, it was beyond difficult to get help and they couldn’t find materials that were in the store, as well as saying their ‘saw was broken’. Well, I went to Home Depot instead and I’m so glad I did! I was helped by Pierce. I needed several custom cuts and he did them all with great accuracy. He was very kind to me and communicated well. It was a pleasant experience for such a tedious time consuming task!

The store was pleasant to visit. I specifically went to this store as they had the items that another local store did not have in stock. The garden department had so much curb appeal I found myself looking around for other things that I will be purchasing in the near future. It was very tidy and well organized. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great location...good prices...but too long to answer phone...and long time wait to get store manager on phone...

The store was clean and had what was needed. The store does have an odd layout.

Several associates were very helpfull. They stopped doing current task and took me to the area I needed to go to. The cashier was very helpfull processing our gift cards.

Great personnel, customer service, product availability, incredible knowledge base, friendly, no problem to difficult, they always find a solution/answer to various circumstances I encounter. I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot Facility, it is easy to access, since I am permanently disabled, the aisles are clear from clutter, no trip hazards, I will always be a loyal customer who shares with others my personal experience that your staff has to offer.
