Always a pleasant experience to shop the garden center I spend a lot of time gardening

Angii was attentive and friendly

The product QR code and the product barcode is too close to each other, that the checkout scanner picked up the wrong code, which in turn freeze the checkout terminal. Many checkout station were frozen for one reason like this or another, no customer could check out. Fortunately, the return count worker, Anagii, at this store of 1100 Lumkin Rd, Houston, TX 77043, is flexible enough to check me out.

I’ve always gotten great service at the Lumpkin Home Depot and now I will drive the extra miles to come shop at this store. I get my projects done thanks to this store.

Several people were available to answer questions for me, especially Rachel at the checkout. She offered to help me and was so efficient. She made my visit so pleasant! I love this Home Depot and shop here for my school and my home.

I have to buy some material for plumbing and that store have everything I needed,plus nice workers

Purchased a small refrigerator in store that was damaged when unpacked and the store said that wasn't their fault and I'd have to box it up and bring it back. Very disappointing service compared to experience at other stores. The only help I got with this purchase was from other patrons in the parking lot offering to help me load into my vehicle.

She was very Friendly/Helpful/Polite/Professional. I had a special color to match. For my accent wall. She did a wonderful job. Matching it.

I was ignored completely in the garden section of this store, the only department I visited. When I found the items I wanted I went up to the pay station. One employee sat on the ground behind the register and was talking with another employee that was standing in the doorway. At first neither employee made any type of movement or gesture that they were going to help me check out. About 10 seconds later the employee sitting on the ground handed the scanner to the employee in the doorway. However, this did not interrupt or stop their conversations. Neither one said one word to me the whole time and remained focused on each other. I handed out my items one by one, yes I did because they were not going to be bothered with it. And again this action did not stop the conversation. Finally, I was done and the receipt printed. Of which the employee sitting on the fground handed it to the employee in the doorway whom in turn handed it to me. This entire process was done without even looking at me. The employee in the doorway handed me the receipt across his abdomen from his left hand and still never entered a pause from talking. He never turned his head nothing. I gathered my numerous purchases in my arms, never offered a bag and left. My expectations are low for retail customers but even I was taken a back by this behavior.

I went to the store on Labor Day to buy some paint samples for a mural project. I was assisted by Alexis at the paint station and he was so kind and very patient with me after I ordered 21 samples of different colors. Thank you Alexis for your time.

I visit this Home Depot some time years ago when i lived close by but moved away. I came back shop there today and everything went smooth and nice. Lot of stuffs on the shelves, organized, and clean. Staffs walking around and asked if i need help on the stuffs i was looking at. When i check out it was a confusing on pricing but the manager Jimmy was happy to fix it for me in a heartbeat. I will definitely come back to shop to support the store.

David Obermiller is the best in the business & helped me buy 2 in 1 year. BUT, do everything you can to NEVER use their delivery service & install. 12 days and I still don't have my fridge properly installed. Plus had to pay to have the old hauled away. The delivery team scared me half to death. They truly don't care after you buy it-you're stuck and they treat you like crap. Finally had to go back to the store to get delivery fixed as they didn't bother to call back over the issue. They should be "budlighted" for their install & delivery service

My twenty year old water heater decided to give it up. I did some on-line looking, comparing and pricing. I decided to go with Home Depot and a particular item. This all happened on a Saturday. From the time I called, and the arrival time of the technician was less than one hour. Antonio got here, went right to work and completed the job

This is a great store, very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

As mentioned in the title, the cashier was starring on the pin pad while I was trying to type in my PIN code. After I asked him to stop, he continued immediately and gave an unfriendly answer … Usually I’m very satisfied with this store and this experience is hopefully only a minority …

Customer Service Ms. Rose was very helpful in processing all my purchases. Customer service is essential, along with knowledge of how things work.

The associate who processed the item I needed to return as friendly and efficient. There was no hassle about wanting to know what I was making the return or any reluctance which I have encountered with competitors.

I recently came about 30 minutes ago and had an excellent experience. I love how the cashiers are friendly and greet and thank me every time ! They definitely make me feel welcomed.

If you need a home improvement item, this is the place to go. Very help staff, clean store, easy to find what need. If only my local store was run as well...

SHE BROKE THE CAP ON SPRAY PAINT BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO LAZY TO HOLD IT WITH HER HAND TO SCAN IT. WHEN I TOLD HER TO CHILL SHE SAID "YOU DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO" REPEATEDLY

I exchanged propane tanks-product was fine. One employee was courteous and rung me up, the other one (Lawanda) was rude, even after I waited 10 min outside and had to go back in because she didn't come out to unlock the tanks. Never smiled, spoke to ask how many tanks, did not acknowledge that I thanked her or thank me for coming in - NOTHING.

Got exactly what I needed and personal help that is extremely rare these days.
