I was well pleased with the service with help having the two roller shades cut and thought selection of mums was very reasonably priced and a good selection.

As always the cashier that I always look for is Joane. She is always friendly sometimes cracking a joke, although not always funny, and everyone knows her love of Tom Brady from New England. Such a pleasure to see her working when I checkout. On another note, I was surprised that you changed the checkout area. I am now shoulder to shoulder with the cashier and neither one of us has any room. This was a very dumb idea in my opinion. Please, please, please consider changing it back. I realize that it probably won’t happen but at least try to arrange it somewhat better for the customer as well as the safety and efficiency of the cashier.

Can always find what I am looking for and if I cannot I asked the clerk. The products are good and labeled well. The store was very clean and there were not things out in the aisles like some stores. The clerks/associates were very friendly. One lady at the front desk for special items looked something up for me and gave me the information I was looking. She was very pleasant and helpful. Saved me a great deal of time.

Peggy was horrible. She attempted to enter the UPC, but entered the wrong number several times. Finally I assisted by reading the number off to her, but she was still unable to type it correctly. She asked what the price was and I told her $21. I went and took a picture of the UPC code from the rack. She did not attempt to get assistance from another rep. We were standing there for 30 min. My wife went to cust serv and asked for a manager. Daniel came and rung us up, no apology. The experience was painful. Peggy should be fired. I have spent several $1,000's there and this is the 'service' I receive? It is unacceptable and I will not be back. I wanted to leave without the merch, but I needed the materials to complete my porch. That was the whole reason I was there in the first place. When my wife went to cust serv, there were 3 people in the dept and it took about a minute for someone to ask if my wife needed assistance. No one apologized for the horrible service.

I know where most things in the store are every now and then I have to ask somebody they generally know where to get me too I'm in all the Departments but mainly Electric and Plumbing and I've even helped customers I noticed Apartments at times when I know where the stuff is I've been in you're stores from Dickson City to Absecon New Jersey to Shrewsbury and Bloomberg I still go to Home Depot

I know some complain about "superstores", but frankly I don't have the time to visit multiple local hardware's to find what I need, nor the extra $ for significantly higher prices. As an artist, I'm consistently involved in projects that are way out of the norm and need things to work that normally wouldn't. That said, I choose Pottstown HD over local stores as well as other large competitors (lowes, tractor supply...) for good reason. 1. HD Dept supervisors are all far more knowledgeable in the fields they represent and after 14 years their qualified employees have earned my trust. As bizarre as some art creations have been, not once have they not helped me to find a resolve. I consider them fellow artists - I'm the surrealist...and they make it work 2. HD supervisors are more personable - they remember you and are always prepared to address your particular needs 3. HD cashiers remember you. As a USMC disabled Vet, there's been times while searching for my military ID I've heard "I've already done it...and thank you for your service". Never have I not been thanked for my service with a genuine tone of sincere gratitude, and have always felt truly appreciated and honored before exiting the doors. No, I've not always found that unique item I was looking for, but on those rare occasions HD has never let my issue go undressed, but makes a point to at least point me in the right direction.

Visit often and usually have what I am looking for.

During my return, I noticed how attentive all of the service people were, so refreshing. They helped each guest in line and in turn, the line moved quickly! It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and I was greeted while in line and the service individual told me they would be right with me! I enjoyed the banter during my transaction and walked away very happy with the service providers. The people helping in the area had my order processed through in a timely manner. Great Experience!

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR ALL YOUR HOME NEEDS.

Dear Mr. Stufflet: I am writing this email to congratulate you on your staff! I was sold four Samsung appliances by Jeanne on 6/21 (order #97710). Not only was she wonderfully pleasant to deal with but her sales and stock knowledge are truly amazing. She made the buying experience so very pleasant—so did “Big Dave” who had accompanied her! Now comes my trauma: I was supposed to have these items delivered on Thursday, 6/27, between the hours of 12 noon and 4 PM. Well, the delivery did not go according to schedule, to say the least. First of all, I was not called by the delivery personnel although I had given two phone numbers emphasizing to call both as I was in the process of moving. Secondly, the delivery time was changed without my knowledge to between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Thirdly, the delivery people showed up at 9:30 AM and unloaded the items at the wrong house! I live in 317A and they delivered at 317. Upon my return to my home at noon, I was livid, to say the least. The contact phone number for the delivery service was nothing but automated, no human to be had. I then called your store, and everything changed to the better. Not only was the young lady who answered the phone in appliance most delightful and understanding, but she did not brush me off (a miracle nowadays, if you ask me). Instead, she contacted the delivery service for me who told her that they would not be able to come back to move the items to my house until the following Tuesday, five days later—and I did not have a refrigerator until the new one was delivered. At that point, the young lady asked me to wait to have her manager, Brian Raab, speak to me. He, too, was most understanding and pleasant, to say the least. The next thing Brian did made me a believer in Home Depot! Brian Raab came to my house within the hour together with Colin S. and they moved the appliances for me!!!!! Now, such a thing is unheard of in a world where the words “customer service” have lost all their meaning. Your employees came to my house to move four appliances which were delivered to the wrong address! I cannot get over it and ensure you that you have made me a customer for life and that I will advertise my experience to as many people as possible. Again, congratulations to your fabulous staff—the envy of every other retail store! Sincerely, BC

Always easy in and out...Inventory what I expect. Fairly easy to find an associate for help. (Eric Witte, pro-loader has helped us load truck multiple times, as well as other pro-loaders. This is a big convenience.) We miss the hotdog stand.

The associates at this store are very helpful. The $59 ship to store if something isn't in stock is ridicules.

Employees do not treat customers with RESPECT.

Products were very easy to find. Cashier Ruth was very friendly. Sale item was still in stock.

We always find what we need at Home Depot, and one of their main assets is their employees. They are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond. Wonderful resource people with their knowledge. The store is neat and clean and it's easy to find what you are looking for. Someone always seems to be walking by and offers help. Always have a pleasant shopping experience at this store.

Store is conveniently located in pottstown, just wish they had more employees to assists in area like bath tubs and flooring, had to guess my way through ended up no buying out of fear of not getting what i was looking for.

This store has really gone down hill. If you can find someone they'll help. But good luck. It seems like they cleaned house at this store- old employees and stock.
