Joane the cashier is always friendly and does her job extremely well. She needs to be shown recognition for her service.

I needed several items and had no trouble in locating them. My items were well organized and easy to locate. Store employees were very courtesy and cheerful.

got a lot of help from an associate in tools. Its hit or miss in some departments but we couldn't of asked for anyone more knowledgeable the day we went.

Rob from Electrical Dept It seems like this employee really cares. He recommended a bulb for my outside light but light turned out to be broken. Then stopped what he was doing on my return and sold me a new light that was marked down saving me money and time. Great Job Rob.

I cannot say enough about Joane the cashier. Always friendly and willing to help. This visit she got someone to help take my 5 gallon bottle to my car. Always polite and friendly!!

I bought a new lawn mower and as I was waiting in line to checkout Julie at the pro desk called me over so she could check me out. After I paid she asked if I needed assistance loading it into my car and I said yes and I would bring the car up front. When I got there she said all the associates must be busy so she HERSELF helped me load my car. Julie went above and beyond what a cashier is required to do. She should be given recognition and a raise for making my shopping here even more pleasant. Thank you Julie!!!

I typically go to the Home Depot near my home in NJ. While the staff there is helpful, Tom, a retired plumber of 40 years was a delight, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Love the support. He really took his time with my daughter and I, as we were trying to doing some basic plumbiong.

Joe from customer service and Harry were truly amazing and I couldn’t have made my purchase without them! They helped load 50 bags of the 80lb concrete into my trailer without hesitation! I will forever be grateful for their help tonight!!

Both Brie in paint and Laureen the cashier in the garden were very helpful and courteous. Brie helped me to chose the right paint and finish for my project and Laureen was fast and friendly in helping us check out. Home Depot is lucky to have these 2 women work for them and they deserve to be recognized for their great service!! Thank you Brie and Laureen.

I loved dealing with the customer service at this store. Germania, Meagan and Lori were all super helpful to me and the other customer interactions I witnessed.

I encountered the rudest cashier today at this Home Depot. If you get in Don's line, make sure you have all your ducks in a row because he will belittle you and be rude and then tell you he can't help you and you have to go to customer service. I never write reviews because I never want to be a Karen, but as a woman, I am so intimidated going into home improvement stores even though I have successfully completed many a diy at home. So to be treated with such little respect by a grown man who works as a cashier at the home depot is a disgrace.

Dan in appliances helped me on 6.7.2021 and he was great. He was knowledgeable and professional in our interaction. He went through the features and benefits in detail with me. He related these to his actual experiences or on information I provided. It made the conversation personable and practical. His support was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking at appliances.

I will not be going back to this store. The workers lack customer service. The are plenty of workers, but they always seem bothered if you have questions.
