I have been refreshing my home and Home Depot has been great. I worked with Julie at lower pottsgrove store, and it all went flawless.

The staff at this Home Depot never fail me. Built this from scratch.

Found what we wanted at a very good price.

I bought mouse traps and there was not a huge selection.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Every time I need supplies they have what I'm looking for.

While visiting the garden center today I was helped by the associate Barry with my purchase. He put my items in the cart and proceeded to load them in my car, which was greatly appreciated. The cashier, Joane, was very friendly and polite when I was checking out. It is always great to see such wonderful employees. They surely deserve recognition!!!

I was trying to buy an electric staple gun, but the particular one was not in stock. Dennis and the manager worked a discount on a nicer model as compensation. Thank You!

I bought the Rigid Drill and Impact Driver this week and put it to use immediately. Great well-built powerful product. You can feel the difference between Rigid and the other competitors.

My husband and I needed help with Christmas displays and received the best care from the sweetest woman named Rhonda. She made the chaos of Christmas shopping so easy and enjoyable.

Arianna was very helpful in aiding up in our purchases. Other workers there were equally as friendly and welcoming

Dave Emerick in the paint department is excellent. He offers great customer service and advise on choosing the right paint. Dave also seems to enjoy his job and it shows in how you are treated as a customer.

I went in today looking for very specific items. When I was unable to find them, 2 employees: sean and Eric offered help without being prompted. They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. 10/10 experince

Unfortunately, in this new era we are in , there’s less working staff in every field of work and industry, if the line is 3 deep , for customers check out then they should have a float employee to come up to an unattended register. To move the customers along. This conundrum seems to be in every industry. My experience today shows the problem. However, the employee’s I was using, did not reflect or waiver. Polite and helpful! Which leads to customer satisfaction!

I bought the Gearwrench ratchet, and had a great shopping time. Found the product, employee thanked me, nice job, Home Depot!

I was trying to place an online order for something that is not available at my two closest stores and was not able to do so. I had to call the Pottstown store and they were great helping me with my order and delivery

Went to the Lower Pottsgove store today and was blown away by the woman working at the self checkout counter she went above and beyond- very much appreciated- I only wish that all employees showed her dedication and commitment- 4/15/23- 730 am - I hope that she gets recognized

I needed to pick up a few item, one of it being a 5 gallon refill of water. The cashier, Joane, always takes care to give me assistance in getting it to my car. The young man, I believe his name was Nick, gladly carried it to my car and was very polite and friendly. These 2 employees are a great face to see. Home Depot is very lucky to have both of them as employees!!!!!
