The store was dirty and hot. The associates were unapproachable and snobby.

Very friendly cashier in lawn and garden!

The store associates and cashiers are always very friendly and courteous even though I’m sure it is hard sometimes with all that is going on in the world. I always make a point of going to Joane at the pro desk if she is there because she always has a smile on her face and is a very friendly woman. She certainly deserves special recognition!!

In a recent visit to Home Depot, the customer service employee who helped me, was very kind and patient. One customer was on edge and in a hurry - very pushy, but Dani kept her cool and kept everything moving seamlessly. Great job Dani!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The associate named Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide which one to buy.

Unfortunately couldn’t find what we were looking for this visit, but that’s probably due to the spike in home renovation during quarantine. Overall, a clean store and great plant/herb options.

Your staff is extremely helpful, but the store appears a little cluttered as you enter and customer service could be a little more more cheerful.

always quick in and out always have what I need

Home Depot like many other stores have put in restrictions on numbers of people in the store. Entering and exiting the store. How close we should be and others. Because of the current situation in the country we all need to have a little more patience with each other than usual. I feel that this store has done an outstanding job in managing all this. I suggest to management in the store to watch your employees and when they start appearing to be frustrated let them take a 5 minute break to clear their head or take 5 minutes to vent to you. It's tough and we need to be looking out for one another more than ever.

A pleasant trip to Home Depot once again. I was assisted with my questions from both Debi from the pro desk and Dave in paint. Their expert advice was well appreciated. When checking out I always have a great experience when Joane is there. What a friendly and courteous cashier. Kudos to all 3 of these fantastic employees!!!!!

Pro cashier Joane was very helpful in directing me to exactly what I was looking for and is always my go to cashier when I checkout. She is always funny and friendly but also professional. When I was looking at paint colors, employee Gloria helped me with her opinion about colors and it was something that I never considered. She gave me a better perspective at looking at things.

Beatriz was so helpful. I purchased the wrong item and she refunded me no hassles and walked with me and helped me get what I needed. She is awesome I hated shopping there but my encounter with Beatriz changed my mind!! Great customer service bravo to her!!! I stopped in here on a whim to look at plants and buy myself a little plant-present. Lo and behold, they had a GORGEOUS plant section and had a beautiful, huge, rare variegated cactus there that I had been looking to add to my collection for over a year. I couldn’t believe it! I will definitely be back.

We were in need of a new dishwasher and Joane at the pro desk directed us to Jeannie. What a great recommendation from Joane. Jeannie was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of all the products we were looking at. She helped us choose one that would suit our needs without spending a fortune. Jeannie and Joane both told us of the current sales going on at the time and it was a tremendous asset in helping us get the right appliance for us. Great job by both of these exceptional employees!!!

Poor customer service desk. Rude telephone manners and very long waiting times. What ever woman worked Friday January 3 at 5pm was very rude on the phone.

Terrible experience. Online said they had one of the item I was looking for in stock. I go there and after talking to three associates and one customer service rep who had me running all around the store, I found out they did not have it in stock. Then they would not grant me the 10% off for my birthday when using my credit card the way that a letter in the mail said I would get. Absolutely terrible experience. I do not shop Home Depot and I only went for those two reasons and it was a complete waste of my time.

THIS STORE INVARIABLY HAS THE PRODUCTS I NEED FOR HOME UPKEEP AND ITS WELL-ORGANIZED, CONVENIENT, AND ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Seems like there's a lot of turnover. Many new employees don't seem like they were trained well enough to help customers effectively. It took two trips, four phone calls, six employees and an hour of standing at the customer service register for me to get a refund on a dishwasher. Only the manager seems to understand what's going on, and he was spread too thin to be very helpful.

Always such a pleasure to see the associates at the pro desk, Debi, Joane and Gloria are the best!!!!

I would just like to say the Pottstown Home Depot is a nice place to shop in every sense of the word!

Not even thinking that you would carry pillows I asked Debi at the pro desk if you had them. Not only did she tell me yes she proceeded to tell me the brand and that they were currently on sale and told me exactly where to find them. Once again, I sought out Joane at the pro desk cashier and was glad to see her working. She is sure a pleasure to encounter with her quick wit and friendly and courteous service. Both of these women are a great asset to Home Depot and should be recognized for their tremendous service!!!!
