Sales manager went out of his way to delivered to me the only tractor in supply. Also wanted to thank Home Depot again for honoring veterans and giving a discount.

Noreen in the garden was right there to assist me and answer my questions. Joane, the pro cashier, is my go to cashier. She is ALWAYS very friendly and courteous and moves the people along and gets them out the door in a very timely manner. Both of these women deserve a big raise or at the very least a “at a girl”!!!

This store nails it when it comes to friendliness and customer service. I am always greeted by employees, and the staff of the paint department is esp helpful

When in the store always feel welcome and if I need help the employees are willing to help.

LOVE going to this store! I may just take a second job! I feel like they are family when I come in!

The store is convenient to where I work and I can run over to grab items I need at the plant or at home. The store is clean and well stocked, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions. I love using the Home Depot app to quickly locate items so I can get in and out without a lot of wandering or hassles to find items

even though i don't get paid to check out my items.. it probalby would have been a more pleasant experience to go thru the self check out than thru the check out where you have people working.

My initial entry to the store I was not greeted nor helped. I asked a couple different employees that were not able to help. A gentleman by the name of Justin was courteous and helpful when helping me select the right washing machine. Not only did Justin educate me on pros and cons of an agitator to a washing machine, but also assured me and made me feel secure in my purchase. Thank you Justin , for your friendly customer service and knowledge of your stores product!

Employees were so helpful! I was shopping for a ceiling light for my kitchen, not sure of what I wanted or needed. But the employees helped me figure it all out. Very patient & so willing to help me solve my problem.

Pottstown Home Depot, has a good selection of items for home remodeling projects. I like that they have items from various dealers and their prices have a high/low range. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Also, a good feature is their Will Call service for pickup. This makes it very easy for curbside pickups. The store is always clean and well staffed.

Item location does not match up with the app. Items are often out of stock, even though the app will say there are several available. Every time I ask for assistance, I get half hearted effort. Home Depot used to be my go to home improvement store, but lately I find myself going to other stores.

Stocked well, and clean. There was an ample supply of the items that I needed.

This store has some of the kindest and efficient employees I have ever experienced! I had a huge problem from LG a very large appliance company and this particular Home Depot store management was terrific!! They helped me deal with a still ongoing issue with LG but they have done everything they can do to make things better for me and my family!! I highly recommend this store !! Sheila

Pottstown Home Depot Rocks!

All the front end cashiers do a fantastic job but I want to give special recognition to Joane who is always very friendly and gets her job done efficiently. She certainly knows what she is doing and a very valuable employee in my eyes!!!

My associate and his manager, Brion, demonstrated the epitome of customer service excellence. Their unwavering support and knowledge helped me find the perfect appliance to suit my refrigeration needs. Bless them and bless the Lower Pottsgrove Home Depot.

Caroline in paint was a big help to me in selecting my paint, a true asset to Home Depot!! Joane, the pro cashier, is also a very valuable asset to your company. She is always willing to help and even though at times I’m sure it is hard, I know there is a smile behind that mask. Great employees at a great store!!!

Always glad to see Joane the cashier at the pro desk working. Such a fun person. In these troubling times, she always has a positive attitude even when I’m sure it is very hard!! Give this woman a RAISE!!!!

This store is great the workers are very nice and they always have what I need. Mike from gardening helped me with all my christmas decorations. The staff and store are very clean.

Extremely rude behaviour from employee while trying to return an item. Has happened many times before.

I spent over an hour at a competitor's store and couldn't get proper help or the items I needed. Gave up, went to Home Depot and was helped immediately by the first employee I encountered! Prices were better too.

i was told about a family member not to come to this location because the people that work here is not the friendliest. Boy i wish i listened. I had my personal experience of dealing with customer service cashier nasty attitude.

My only wish is that all home depots would be set up the same, i realize it may not be practical, i've often told family and friends that if elected president, my first executive order would be to standardize all grocery stores floor plan alike, nationally. do i have your vote.
