Chelsea (FES) in the paint department was a fantastic friendly person to work with. She had a lot of knowledge and was very patient in answering all my questions and giving excellent advice....

Peggy, Phil, and Pam were all very helpful, made jokes, and were just pleasant, nice people. Peggy made a suggestion to go along with my in-store pickup, so I made another purchase while I was there, too!

We were convinced to apply for the Home Depot card, allowing for $100 off our 1st order over $1,000. We did not get the $100 because our complete order ended up with items available only online. We've spent about $2,000 at Home Depot recently & wish they would have honored the $100 initially offered. Otherwise, in-store assistance has been been great overall.

I remodel up and down the front range from Ft. Collins to Castle Rock and this is the most helpful and knowledgeable store in the area.

The people running the store are always helpful. I like everyone I have talked to. They are all quite knowledgeable. The store carries everything.

People were rude.

Employees are very rude, it hard to find someone to assist you if you have any questions. The cashier should not even have a job working with the public she was so rude!

We are going through multiple home improvement projects in our home. We decided to use Home Depot for our multiple purchases of material and their services for the numerous install projects we have planned. We were assured Home Depot only works with the best installers and materials. We decided to spend over 7k dollars in carpet alone. We used Home Depot’s install team for the carpet project. NEVER AGAIN! I am in such dis-belief that a company as big as Home Depot would employ anyone to install carpet. The damage done to our home over the install is gut wrenching. The way the install team treated our home and the belongings in it was disgusting. This is such a very disheartening situation from me and my family. The lack of response from a company like Home Depot is disappointing. Not one apology from the third party install company. Hardly any communication from Home Depot. The project is still not complete. Yet I was charged for the entire amount of the install to include a dissembled bed charge that never happen. • Freshly painted walls from floor to ceiling scratch. (Installers stated they did not know the carpet would be so heavy to scratch the paint off the walls) • Seams crooked and frayed. • Holes in the stairs, were they did not measure the carpet correctly and tried to stretch it to cover their mistake. • Holes in the corner of the carpet. • Pad not properly installed, nail sticking through. • The installers left food and trash in our bedroom sink. • Bedroom set and furniture damaged due to the thrown furniture on top of it. • Clothes thrown in a wet bath tub. • Brand new custom stair railing damaged due to installers tools. • Hardwood floors scratch due to power tools. • Our very expensive carpet and pad was left in the middle of the street where oil and cars drive even though they had a clean and empty two car garage and drive way to work in. • One bedroom left undone because the installers would not take a part a bed that we paid extra for to have the bed disassembled. I was blamed when I could not find a furniture person to come in 30 minutes to dissemble. I even sent pictures prior to the install of the bedroom set and was assured this would not be a problem. Its nauseating a company as big as Home Depot has yet to make this very bad experience right. Our install was on December 20th. Not one manager from Home Depot has bothered to reach out to us to fix all the mistakes made. Home Depot should feel a since of responsibility for the installers they choose to represent their company. Myself and my spouse took time off of work to accommodate the horrible install, that has created a large amount of stress and anxiety on our family. Since when did this become a norm to treat customers this way. Everyone we dealt with in the store prior to the install was great! Hourly employees are always super nice and helpful. I do not want this to reflect on them.

The hourly store employees we dealt with during the purchase were GREAT, very friendly, and helpful.

We received friendly, personal service and found everything we needed at this store. They have a good selection of appliances.

My shopping experience here was very good because of the friendly and helpful employees. One employee in particular, Serena, is simply a super person. She was extraordinarily patient and kind as I fumbled my way through a complex order. I thought I was being charged double but it turned out it was a math error on my part. Serena was attentive through the whole process and I never felt rushed. This is how business should be done! I would have given 5 stars but the lumber wasn't great for my application. The prices were good but most of the boards I needed were warped.

The Home Depot Associates are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I always find the items that I need and the store is well-organized.

The employees at this store are awesome they always ask if you need help and are more than willing to help you find what you are looking for. Wendy was awesome she cut some blinds for me and was so nice about it!!

The store was clean, products were easy to find and the associates were happy and helpful.

Overall it was a good experience. The sign for the isle we needed was broken so we were a bit lost while trying to find our items and the employees seemed a bit irritated to help us. The safety crews did a great job while operatting heavy equipment in the store. I was impressed and glad to see they understood and practiced great safety .We will be coming back :)

Excellent employees make the difference of customer service when you need to get in and out of the store fast.

Be careful with posted prices. We were charged the wrong amount for carpeting. The "excuse" given was that the price had gone up but the sign was never changed. Sorry, but that is not the customer's fault.

Mike in electronics is impeccable with his knowledge and willingness to help. He gave great advice and we will return

Purchased carpet with install and two toilets for our rental condo unit. Process was very easy and salesperson Lukas was friendly and helpful.

Went in to purchase a Husky roll away tool chest. They were out of stock so the pro desk manager agreed to discount a better one to match the lower price!
